Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

WiFi didn’t work at all (tested on 2 devices). There was a lot of dust on the furnitures.

The rooms should have more socket points. 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the bathroom. Was difficult when I had meetings and had to use laptop. Had to charge phones and other gadgets in the bathroom, not safe or practical.
This hotel is in a very good location. Easy access to the beach and many other amenities. Private parking is available for a fee. Breakfast buffet is always good, catering for everyone.

Buffet food was often bland and there were some obvious quality corners cut in exchange for using up leftover inventory prior to expiration, like inventive desserts with brown bananas that nobody wanted to touch and that looked unappetizing. Other than that, the food was okay, but generally mediocre for the price

The car park was and outside area surrounded by a tall wall , secure...ish , but coming from the uk with high motorbike crime rates , we were a bit concerned . But spain is different and the bikes were fine .
We used this hotel for a one night stay while traveling down the coast by motorbike . The hotel was easy to find and within a short walk of the beach . Check in was easy and the staff very helpfull , secure parking for our bikes was in a large private car park around the side of the hotel . The room was as described and very clean and tidy .We didnt eat in the restaurant , but did have breakfast and that was avery good buffet selection with excellent coffee . In the evening there was a cabaret show in the bar area and we enjoyed some beers by the pool .

Very poor parking for disability ppl only 2 spaces I had to pay €14 a night for 6 of the 10 days I stayed
Staff could not do enough for u especially dining room engine male manager he was great keep everything working like clockwork we be back again if parking was bit better for disabled ppl

Sound isolation between rooms
Perfect food ( breakfast, dinner) with variety as 4 stars hotel on my view ( I ve been impressed about the dinner food quality, not expensive, every evening different things and amazing decicious options ...) Perfect airco, can set temperature and very good air circulation ( not in my face) Good refrigerator, I could find allways our drinks cold Good parking for extra payment Balcony and the view, 2x seats and a table Friendly staff (all of them with no exception, recesptioniste, cleaning service, restaurant...) Fresh smell in the hotel and room as well 5 min walking distance from the beach

The noises of the weiteress in the morning during the cleaning at 7am, the noises from the other rooms, very poor breakfast quality, no parking free, no espresso free, no safety box free. The tent were not able to close the window completely in the morning with the problem of many sunrays coming on the bed…

Very overpriced (we understand that we were in a high season) for very simple accommodation in a block of flats.
We had everything we needed for our one night stop: safe parking, fresh pool, close to the sea.

It is completely overrated hotel. At best 1 star hotel. There is not much more to say. The facilities and rooms are in need of major renovations. In August it is not at value for the money, there is just not much option at that time of the year, even for just one night.
The staff is very nice! Location relative to the beach.
