Could be provided with a microwave oven. Beds are not too comfortable being memory foam. The lighting is far too harsh. Also there are no English channels on tbe TV.

That there was access to the pool area from people who were not staying there A large group of friends of guests who were there every day and it was constant noise so I could not say it was a relaxing stay.

The apartments were nice and the pool area had plenty of sun chairs.

I think a microwave is a basic requirement. Washing up liquid, small provision of soap, shampoo, conditioner condiments would be appreciated by most people.

Towels were not changed until 4th day but could have asked for fresh ones if we really wanted.

The apartments have recently been renovated and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is great and the pool area has sun all day

Wasn’t able to use the pool like many of the guests . Pool in Pcicessa Ico was cold . Even the weather has been nice and sunny 24C pool was too cold unusable , we went to their second complex Ocean Complex where we could use their heated pool . Temperature of the pool should be around 24C but again ,it was cold . Some people use it but most of the time pool was empty . Guests were just sunbathing . Its a great Hotel ,clean , great location I wold definitely come back in the future . It just the fact that their two pools were cold . If they would be heated to temperature that you could feel it mild or warm then i am sure it would be very busy pool . I guess that would come down with cost to heated up to comfortable temperature . Other then that ,everything was perfect .

Although a nice looking complex it does have its faults ..if you get a ground floor apartment be prepared for the noises from above,there is no soundproofing you can hear everything from above from going to the toilet..walking around..moving furniture..sex.. so noisy. Maybe putting soft pads on the legs of furniture will solve a lot of the noise. Maybe reception staff should explain to people to keep this in mind for the people below. No WiFi, you can pay for a package but these days it should be FREE, all the bars and restaurants provide it free for their customers so should apartment complexes.also the safe should be free. The swimming pool was never used because it was so cold could do with heating like the parent complex over the road. Large obscure window between bathroom and bedroom let in so much light (we were an end apartment with street lamps outside) it also made it hard to sleep,maybe a pull down blind on the dividing window will sort the problem.

Nice looking apartments with a pool outside your door.. Small complex with double lock on the front door and front gate to complex so very safe. 10 minutes walk to the strip of bars and restaurants. Cleaning staff were nice and polite and did a good job. Reception staff were very helpful when we had a couple of small problems and got sorted very quickly.

We did not know where to get keys from. Three others had same problem whilst we were there. No washing up liquid, kitchen cloth or toiletries

Air conditioning would be a plus. But you can rent a fan.

Very cozy, safe and clean apartment, close to the sea. In a very quiet place. We arrived late, so the keys were left in the agreed place. The reception is in the Ocean club hotel, across the street. The staff is nice.
