A great apartment in a lovely complex in a gorgeous location, close to bars, restaurants and the beach. A great host, clean and beautiful apartment.

Luis is place has everything you need for a trip away! Check in was super easy with the instructions he sent (the video was really helpful!). He was very quick to reply to any questions and was very friendly l. The apartment has everything you need and with the added bonus of a welcome bottle of wine, which was great! We have stayed in apartments sometimes that only have 1 saucepan and a 1 knife, but the apartment was really well equipped and also has things like an iron, hairdryer, sun loungers, games.... Etc etc! Added bonus was having the TV where we could log into Netflix if we wanted a night in. The apartment was only a couple of minutes walk from a supermarket and very close to the dunes, but still quiet in the evening. We would recommend Luis' place to anyone and it's incredible value for money!

The apartment have everything you could need. From sun lotion, washing machine and all kinds of cutlery. TVs in both rooms comfortable bed it didn't lack anything

Easy to check in and Luis let us check in early. place was immaculate. Had everything you needed for staying even a beach umbrella and mats for beds. Big Smart TV that you can sign into your Netflix etc. A wonderful stay.

apartment is very modern and refurbished to a high standard, very clean with attention to details by the owner Luis who is always at the end of the line if you need anything. Bed is amazingly comfortable with great mattress, quality memory foam pillows, good lighting and storage. Bedlinen and towels have a lovely smell. You get a great restful sleep every night Bathroom modern with big powerful shower. Living space well layout, great view of pool and lots of light. Kitchen has everything you need. It is a secure complex and I felt very safe. Quiet and peaceful, you hear birds singing in the morning. Perfect location for Dunes, shopping, restaurants and bus connections. Highly recommended

Excellent location - just 3-minute walk to the Dunas de Maspalomas. Close to the main attractions in Playa del Ingles and a great starting point to visit the island by car (there is a private parking space) or by bus (as the bus stop is also very close). The apartment is modernly and very well equipped for a short or a long stay (there are also cleaning and washing products), the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional. The nice and clean swimming pool is just outside the apartment. All the common areas are well maintained and cleaned every day. The place is very quiet, one can get a really good rest there. We really appreciated the contact with the owner who responded to all our questions, took great care of us and recommended interesting places to visit. Before our arrival he sent us detailed information concerning getting to the apartment, the wi -fi code and a short video. Alexandra, the cleaning lady, was also very helpful, nice and funny. Upon our arrival we got a bottle of wine and a tin of olives. We spent 2 great weeks in the Quality and peaceful stay in Playa del Ingles and really recommend the apartment.

Apartment have two rooms (bedroom with bed and living room with sofa-bed). One month before arrival we asked for two bed linen, because we are not a couple (owner knew that). At the day of arrival we found just one bed linen and also one complect (small and medium) of towels. I asked owner again, because we made reservation for two people. He seemed unhappy about this request, he even suggested me to cancel our stay… It's evening and we are in the apartment and owner suggesting this!! I dont think that it have to be like that. I travel a lot and never been in this kind of situation. Also there was a problem with kitchen - terrace doors (first flor apartment), they didint lock (so anyone can enter apartment), owner’s neighbour (who knows the host) helped us with his tool box to fix it. Also it was only temporary solution and we couldn't use this doors. I think that should be checked and fixed before guest arrival. Heater doesnt work ether. There was a lot of problems with this reservation, i dont know if i would recomend this place. Also there wasn't even any coffe ir tea bags. This one trifle would be nice.

Good location, near dunes. Nice to have parking place near house. Also good video with directions, because without it - it would be very difficult to find apartment.
