Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomDon't be put off by the outside, inside it's cosy and clean and there's everything you need. There's a cafeteria next to it for breakfast and light meals.

SpainThe quality of breakfast could be better - very basic.
During Feria of Caballos, the hotel stuff offered (transport for extra pay) from and to Feria which was amazing, as we didn’t have to wait for taxis.

ItalyBring ear plugs: you will hear each and every person coming back at night after partying, and all the cars passing by on the street.
It's a cheap hotel, and it would be fine in normal circumstances - but during the Feria, the price for a room switches from 45€ to 120€ - absolutely not worth it, given the conditions and location. The bar downstairs makes very nice breakfasts.

United KingdomI didn't like the vast price hike to €140 for the Saturday night. Shocking. If I had paid the usual price for the two nights that would have been very fair for the location and type of hotel, but not at that price! The receptionists had limited English, but luckily my friend spoke Spanish.
Location on very busy road but, as 'advertised', was indeed within walking distance of the centre of town, which was what we needed. Also a bus into town stops almost outside (#2) which was helpful. The paintings and decor of the hotel added interest.

United States of AmericaThe parking lot is right beside the main road without any barrier. Sometimes I am afraid the car parked there may be hit by the traffic. The location is a little long if walking to Jerez old town.
The room is clean and spacious.

SpainThe hotel is not super modern and dated but the price reflects that.
The hotel is located on the edge of the city. It has very easy access by car with free parking. it is right next to a busy road but we didn't find that really an issue even though our room was on that road side. With windows closed and air con on noise was not excessive. The staff at the hotel are all excellent friendly and helpful. Good breakfast in the bar restaurant downstairs they also do a good evening meal and prices are very good. The walk into the town centre is quite pleasant we found two routes neither difficult. We are a couple on our late 60s and walked in to and out of the city sights every day with no problem. We had a very pleasant 4 day stay and would use again if visiting Jerez.

United States of AmericaIt"s not close to the city so we did have to drive out to reach it, but it's not too far either.
The place inside is VERY nice! It doesn't look great on the outside, but don't be afraid because the inside is spacious and clean. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were very nice, and they also gave us parking which was very cool!
