A bit old furniture, ready to be renovated, but it is not very critical.

The location is very nice. It's close to the beach and main sightseeing. The location is on a very busy and noisy street, but is is very quite and safe in the room! Amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. They also have a coziest room with very nice terrace. They have everything you need in the apartment: dishes, iron etc.

Bed in livingroom is very hard, and it looks old maybe time to change it. Closet needs shels, you have only place to hang your wardrobe. But those are just my recommendation. Apartment is really great.

it was completely as advertised. The difficult moment was our late arrival after plane delays. They kindly agreed to meet us at 11 pm for entry but were not available by phone when we arrived and the portal entrance was far from the office. Eventually we made contact and entry. One of the risks with these rentals: no 24 hour front desk as in a hotel.

Location at the port end of the Ramblas seemed surprisingly secure. Rooms were stark or modern as you chose. Windows s showed close apartment or view of lower apt bedrooms

The lift was incredibly small but we appreciated the warning prior to our arrival and planned accordingly. The stairs were not bad; we just required the lift for the baby stroller.

The location was great. Very near to an active square with plenty of food and entertainment. Lots of shops nearby as well. Paul, the manager, was wonderful. He was very accommodating with holding bags and getting them up to the apartment. The elevator is SMALL so we needed that help (especially traveling with a baby). They gave us the heads up that a large stroller would not fit in the lift which we appreciated and planned for. The apartment was beautiful and suited our needs well! They arranged for transportation upon our departure upon request.

Disappointed that we didn’t have a nice external view over the plaza or the main street to take in the atmosphere.

The location was great, security good and we like 24/7 reception too. The bed was really comfortable and the shower always hot and a good pressure. Room and cupboards were a good size for 4 of us. The man on reception was very friendly and informative.

It was NOISEY! If you do not plan to party until 3 or 4 am, this place may not be for you. It is in the center of Las Ramblas, backing into the Placa Reial so there is a lot of activity, music, screaming, etc. The noise was very disruptive. I would not recommend for a family. This for a young crowd.

Everything was as described. The place was roomy and clean. It felt secure. Very centrally located to everything!

because our unit was right on Las Ramblas, we had trouble sleeping due to the noise on the street at night into the morning. I would suggest the management provide ear plugs for sleeping.

In my perfect world, there would be a Nespresso machine listed, so one could bring their own pods.

One bedroom apartment was comfortable, spacious, attractively decorated, and came with a terrace. It was adequately equipped for our needs – basically use of a refrigerator and, making tea in the morning. There was an electric kettle. We used the coffee pot as a teapot. Also, some dishes/cutlery, and washing up liquid. I don't specifically recall any pots or pans or other utensils. There was also a washing machine, something we didn't plan on using until a huge bird pooped all over my partner's shirt on our first day. Bed was comfortable and roomy. It overlooked the inner passage way. Tons of closet space. TV had Netflix! The reception staff were excellent, and particularly helpful when our luggage arrived two days late. We felt very secure as there was a keypad at the gate, the entrance to the building, to our hallway, and ultimately, a key for our door. Did I mention the location was excellent. Easy to get around. Walking distance to most things.

The stairs to get to our top floor apartment😬 Would have liked some facecloths, small hand towels on a by the sink as well as a bigger shelf to place shaving bags and toiletries.

The location was great. The apartment was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful both before and during the booking.

There was no water one day from morning till evening as some maintenance work was going on for the entire building.

Excellent location, staff is very friendly and helpful - they allowed us to keep our luggage as we reached early a few hours before check-in time, nice terrace with the apartment.

There is a nightclub/ bar in close proximity and the celebrations were loud until 5:30 am.

The apartment was so spacious and very well appointed. Lots of windows and bathrooms galore!
