The hotel is situated at the edge of a area which isn’t clean and with a lot of beggars and in the evening/night streetwalkers. At the back of the hotel there you can find this. At the front of the hotel is an other area which is much better. The hotel is 7 minutes walk away from the Rambla

The limited space for suitcases and a very small wardrobe. We’re staying here again in a few weeks and will be on a higher floor. Will be interested to see how the room is! Also the lifts are tiny!!

Reception was friendly and helpful, also 24 hours! Decor is very bright and colourful (think Gaudi!) Breakfast was excellent - big range, very tasty, good value and a lovely dining room. Beds were comfortable and the pillow range was great. The location is excellent - only a short walk to La Rambla and the Mercato, good restaurants in the ‘square’ outside the hotel. The rooftop bar was brilliant and the view is exceptional.

Modern and trendy, we had a great stay. If u want to be near where it's all happening but not right on La Rambla, this is perfect.

The room view from 214 was of a building so the curtains had to b closed permanently. On the Saturday night there was a group of men in the pool who were behaving badly, the staff should have stopped them being unruly.

The rooftop bar was great, lots of seats and great views, went up to the bar every night. There was generally a queue to get served but it was orderly and due to the barmen taking pride and care making the cocktails. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and efficient. The reception staff were very helpful. The room air conditioning was essential in July. The room cleaners were very good, polite and friendly.

The hotel was very nice we liked it very much and the rooftop was beautiful. The room was not bad they did cleaned it but not perfectly in the toilet there was no brush so they also did not clean it with a brush inside of the toilet.

The park around the hotel is very dirty and doesn't look very safe. There is always a long queue at the bar on the rooftop. Long time of waiting at the elevators as they stop to pick up guests from every floor. Toilet is separated from the shower and the only bathroom sink is in the room -> strange arrangement but it is typical for Barcelona. Overall there is nothing bad about the hotel, but minor inconveniences as described above.

The hotel was nice, the rooftop is very cool. The staff were very helpful and nice. The food at the restaurant is very good. The room was ok and modern. The proximity with the center most touristic areas is the best thing about this hotel. You always have a taxi just in front of the hotel waiting. We were able to do early check in for a small amount of extra charge.

The property is great. Energy wise it consumes a lot to keep chilled temperatures in the room! Outside of the property someone must explain to the Barcelonian authorities how to keep the roads clean! Just spaying a bit of water on the roads in the night creates even more uncomfortable situations in roads where dogs and men urine almost on every corner! In areas like Raval pets should be kept out of it as it can endanger public health.

The pool on the roof wasn't particularly clean. This was the only downside to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and drinks up in the roof bar. The view from the roof was great and helped us plan where we wanted to explore.

The location of the hotel is not nice, to put it mildly. I felt very uneasy even during the day, let alone night. A colleague was in the same shady area of town in a hotel nearby and we always made sure that nobody walks alone after dark. Not really the way I like to travel. Pity, otherwise the hotel itself is great.

I loved the design, the use of space in the room and the breakfast was excellent.

The location of the hotel was in a bit of a dodgy area, we sometimes felt nervous walking to and from the hotel until you got a couple of streets out. The rooftop is also opened to the public, so you don’t always get a seat even though you have paid for the facility and the pool is a bit awkward

The shower facilities in the room were not particularly private when you are sharing a twin with a friend. The bed had rather bizarre sheets that 'swaddle you' The rooftop bar got very crowded in the evening, and several stag do parties were celebrating in the " plunge pool" area, which was a bit disruptive/loud. There was a lot of noise in the hotel through the night The window views in the room weren't great so, understandably, a nice screen curtain was in place - however this was hard to work out how to open, and when it was open it was 'all or nothing'. Would have been nice to have had a different option.

The area in which the hotel is situated is really shocking, hard drugs being taken in the middle of the street outside of the hotel, muggings and violence a regular occurrence several taxi drivers told us to make sure we walk around the raval area in groups, truly appalling area which is such a shame because the hotel was great I know its not the hotels fault but if I'd known what it was like I would definitely not have booked
