The season was right after summer and the temperatures were fresh without heating. The rooms ended up too fresh for us

The location and view is fantastic and the beach is maybe one of the most beautiful around. The team is excellent and proficent in different languages. The breakfast is really diverse and of good quality, with a view on the beach and sea which makes the whole thing another amazing experience. Some of the great stuff to do are taking the "ronda" to up and down cities and enjoy the sunset. Other might enjoy the Via Ferrata that is built on the sea rocks... Sound proofing of the rooms was really decent and makes us feel at home.

at breakfast, the hot foods (scrambled egg, sausage, bacon) were cold. our room had no coffee/tea making facilities, and no complimentary water in the fridge.

No parking, and they charge 50 euro for a day. We got lucky to find parking in a free zone, but in the season I don't think it would be easy.

The location is the best you can get! Rooms are ok with comfortable beds. The bathroom is good enough, there is a mini bar and a safe in the room. Breakfast is ok but not special.

The breakfast could be better and the service during the breakfast was slow. The door of the bathroom in the room had a problem, I don´t recommend that somebody closes the door because it is impossible to open the door afterwards. you can be locked down inside.

Excellent location, next to the beach and beautiful seaview. The restaurant is very good.

The a/c could not be adjusted to lower than 22C (72F) which made cooling the room down quickly upon return a bit of a chore at first, but this was overcome by leaving one of our key cards in the control slot so that the a/c stayed on while out and about. Most of the parking near the beach is metered and the hotel charges 15 Euros/night to use their lot, so after unloading in front of the hotel I parked a couple of blocks away off the main drag and walked back. Easy enough. The savings was applied to a cold bottle of crisp, local white wine each evening. Hint: later in the evening after the beach crowds had left, I found free parking in the alleyway behind the hotel! Early morning (6am or so) would probably work just as well.

It would be hard to improve on the beachfront location along the San Feliu boardwalk and the convenience of their large, airy, open restaurant/bar on the ground floor, serving the breakfast buffet with tapas and other meals available into the late evening. No extra charge for the delightfully gentle balmy breeze. Numerous other restaurants line the beach frontage on either side of the hotel for a change of venue if desired. Our 4th floor room had a rear view of an adjacent hotel's pool area and grounds, so avoided any street noise and was shaded during the heat of the midday sun. Friendly staff, nice bathroom and shower facilities - and absorbent towels!

When we got to the room we found the safe did not lock, we told reception, but nothing was done until the next day when I said "Swop the safe for one in an empty room", then it was done. Breakfast was very poor, a little toast and a croissant, no choice, no cereal. The Air/Con won't work if the patio doors aren't closed and locked, we were not told and no information in the room After the room was cleaned we had no soap or water glasses

NOTHING!

The superior room overlooking the sea was absolutely bliss!!! The balcony was superbly positioned, we just did not want to move! The hotel is warm, typical Catalan hotel that has been operating for decades, where quality standards are still high, in food, cleanliness, comfort, and location. S'Agaro itself is one of the best summer resorts we have been in Catalonia so far.

but the hotel is tired and staff rather end of season - disinterested! Food very average on Medio pension.. Noisy plumbing, staff slamming doors at rest times, and early Sunday morning setting up breakfast/terraces etc, 7.20am!

The view is spectacular, the bay is so special.. a relaxing weekend, but not much more. Could do better overall/ Breakfast was nice

Right at the beach front. Rooms were OK, staff was friendly. It’s a good budget option. I booked this on the same day of the stay on the bank holiday weekend. It was the only room available in the town under €150. It was great

That the restaurant closes on a Thursday.

Have visited the hotel many times over the years. It conutinues to please on all levels. The only snag is that they close the restaurant on a Thursday!
