The staff was not flexible and showed a very disrespectful attitude after an incident concerning a communication issue. It is not the guests' fault if the employees don't have the language capacities required for the job (neither English, French or German). In a 4-star hotel, this is not ok.

Location is good. The rooftop bar would be fantastic if the service could keep up. + The quality of the food served by the room service was a positive surprise. Parking is convenient (if its available).

Car park at the hotel was full so had to park over the other side of the bridge and about a 10 minute walk back to the hotel.

Great location by the river . Some of the rooms have excellent river views . Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Triana district has great character and plenty of bars and restaurants.

I booked a superior terrace room and asked for a river view but they effectively said the room is on a first come basis. The room we got (408) did not have a river view and was unacceptably loud because of the ventilation shaft and had no view apart from the main road. After a discussion the reception staff did find a very good room so I thank then for that as we would not have stayed in the original room. The bar/restaurant was not very welcoming and the tables with a view of the river were laid out for meals meaning you could just have a relaxing drink and enjoy the view. The mini bar was fairly empty and there was only decaf coffee available in the room. They also do not seem to allow guests to use the garden area which is a real shame.

This is a really difficult hotel the review. The good things are the location, the rooms and the breakfast. The Roof bar was fantastic "but" very busy with parties and corporate guests and only open from 5pm. The Triana area is great for the riverside cafes and bars and reasonably convenient for the old town.

The bar at the hotel closed at 22.30 so you couldn't stop by for a night cap...or a hot drink.. However there is a nice little bar across the road.

The location was perfect for us. Everything was within walking distance.

We love Triana, a real neighbourhood, so the hotel is in a great location. And it's within walking distance of the Plaza de Almars bus station, Also the circular C3 bus service, which stops just outside the hotel, provides an easy and relaxing route across the river into Seville. We also loved the 5th Level bar with its amazing view of the river and city. Reasonably priced beverages served by knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Parking was extra at hefty day rate of 18E. This could have been improved or offered to visitors at a discounted rate.

The breakfast could have more options beyond the standard Spanish delicacies. Some issues with the WiFi speed that did not affect the overall experience.

Perfect location to explore Triana, within walking distance to the historic city center. Wonderful view from the terrace, especially when sipping drinks in the night. Very responsive staff. Facilities and cleanliness very good as expected.

Noise level from the street or within the hotel. Hopefully you can use an extra door to insulate from the sleeping area. Fitness room is far too small, they allow only 1 person at a time (booking in advance).

Room spacious and bed large with good pillows. Bathroom with 1 sink, a bit outdated but all that is needed. Good breakfast with varied choice. Location within 5 minute of the heart of the old centre, with a couple of restaurants at very short distance. Staff courteous and helpful.

Incorrect selling point. (preference large double) When specified twin or large double bed of your choice, this was not accepted when we arrived at the desk.. Hotel reception informed me that it was based on a first come base's which I found difficult to accept, especially when I ticked on the website my preferred sleeping arrangements .. Personally, I would NOT have booked this hotel if they had been HONEST on their website, should have stated twin beds only.. This was for an executive suite, which was not cheap and feel badly let down ,but as a paying customer there response was very unwelcoming..

Location as described on the website. Clean and tidy hotel. Good size executive rooms with a marvellous bathroom.

Personnel at the desk was not especially helpful when asking for some favors even if, in our presence, the same petitions were granted for others. The fact of being a frequent and long lasting client was not taken into account at all. Other than that everything fine.
