Air conditioning wasn’t included in the price and extremely expensive to purchase.

We loved the entertainment around the pool and thought the island of stars was very relaxing.

How the staff were basically hunting for our empty plates whilst we were still sitting at our table at every meal. The hotel requires maintenance, you can see that this hotel has some years behind it. I found a cockroach in my bedroom, and there were many flies in the bathroom

The pool was nice, the staff were friendly, view was amazing, entertainment was good. Food was delicious with plenty of choice and variety. The staff turned on a football game for me in the hotel lobby which was very kind of them.

Pool was too warm and not refreshing. too many people playing their own music around the pool at once. the lift broke down too frequently which made it very difficult to access parts of the hotel with a baby.

The Rooms were in acceptable condition, the view from the balcony was Amazing ! staff attentive and there to help when needed, large luggage storage room, great location. Nice pool which sheltered from the wind (although too hot when heated)

Rooms and facilities are worn out, everything falls off. Stuff is trying their best to keep things together but apparently it's hard.

Pool is heated and good, food is generally good, location is ok.

Frequently had to wait just for plates and cutlery even though the place was not to busy. Maybe due to lack of staff because the ones that were working were on „fast forward”.

Breakfast was good and dinner also, however after our first weekend number of guests went down and strangely enough so did the quality and variety of the dinner. But still acceptable nevertheless.

Not enough self catering items in deluxe room bed wasn't changed even though I spoke 5 days in to holiday she was going to call room service, still didn't get changed before we left

The lift is a pain. There was only one of the lifts working and it was very slow. It stopped at every floor on way up and down. The pool area could be cleaner.

Personally, this time there wasn’t anything much I didn’t like, if there was one negative, i think the bathrooms could do with a modern spruce up, especially the showers, not enough to make me not stay there again though.

We have stayed before as a family and we we’re disappointed, me and my son travelled on our own this time and we thought we would try Riosol again as it come up good value for what we needed, I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel had done some further maintenance and overall our experience was good, rooms are clean, they accommodated our request of room location, the pool is very nice and clean and warm, the surrounding area is also clean and tidy with a nice bar, it came up cheap enough for our short stay to go all inclusive even though we eat out, the food was good and a reasonable range of drinks, we used that part for the day and before going out, overall I would stay there again.

The lift is ridiculous. Only one working. Takes like 20mins just to get out of the hotel. Also we paid 75 euro for 3 of us to use the vip pool which was absolute rubbish the main pool is better

the fact that I could not stay in one room until 3 o'clock . I vacated the room at 12.00 with two children on the street until 19.05 When I had the flight . very disappointed.
