This charming hotel shines thanks to its exceptional staff – Adam, Valeria, and Alberto. Their genuine hospitality and personalized service made my stay truly unforgettable. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, living up to the high standards of the hotel. The location in Eixample was ideal, offering easy access to the Gothic district, El Born, La Ramblas, and countless other cultural gems. Just a block away from the metro station, I enjoyed convenient connections throughout the city, while vibrant shops and restaurants were just minutes away. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and centrally located stay in Barcelona. However, it's the exceptional staff that truly elevates the experience. I highly recommend it!

One of the most disappointing thing about my stay here is that the WiFi is completely unusable. It's horrendously slow. The room is a bit outdated (think 80's or 90's style). I was given 2 twin beds instead of 1 full or queen. However it was very clean. The maid only comes once so if I had a late start, my room did not get cleaned. The shower took a bit of figuring out how not to get water all over the bathroom. It wasn't obvious that the shower head holder could be rotated and tilted down. I figured this out halfway into my stay.

The location was excellent. It was easy to get around the city. Close to the Gothic quarters but away from all the bustling. It was convenient to get public transportation. There are grocery stores nearby as well as restaurant options. The staff were friendly.

We could hear people (next door, I think) talking loud in the middle of the night.

The room had a huge balcony but the walls of the balcony are made of plaster and they are quite tall. It was only a little disappointing that when we sat outside we couldn’t see anything. But of course we were not in Barcelona to sit on our balcony!

Bathroom fixtures were not perfect. The overhead shower sprayed everywhere so had to use the handheld or the bath. The jacuzzi wasn’t working…

Staff was helpfull and very friendly and location was good. Room was acceptable actually better than i expected, they gave me a room with a nice view and a bottle of wine because of my birthday, just I asked for one large bed but there was two single beds they put them together for us. I didnt feel uncomfortable but it was not so suitable for couples

The room is very "tight", but manageable (not the hotel's fault). My wife just wanted the have a coffee first thing in the morning and eat later, but made her have a breakfast, because they will charge for it once you are in the dining room.
