Our first room was a little dark and didn't have the best outlook. Alex in reception was very accommodating to find an alternative room for us.

We had a lovely few days stay in the hotel before we headed up to the hills. We booked a junior suite which was on the end of the hotel with a slightly more limiting view so we asked reception if we could move to another room with a better view of the pool and the sea. This was arranged for us with no trouble at all. The staff were all exceptionally helpful, especially Alex who we built a good rapport with over our stay. He was always helpful, accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable, memorable stay. The pool staff were brilliant too with drinks and food being served to the sun loungers, all were very helpful and always offered a warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast where there were so many options to choose from and all produced to an excellent standard. We had a brilliant stay and will certainly return.

Would have been better if there had been a curtesy shuttle bus into Palma instead of having to wait for the public bus. Even though it came at 25 minute intervals it was often full.

The staff were very friendly and helpful on places to visit and any queries. Lovely pool with comfortable good quality loungers and excellent drinks service. We were B & B and the breakfast was delicious with great choice and quality of food including an abundance of fresh fruit, pancakes and omelettes cooked for you whilst you waited. Sandy beach just a few steps away over the promenade.

The spa area is really small and doesn't have much to offer. It was also broken most of the time. The gym is not well equipt and also very small.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff was helpful, friendly, and super nice. Dinner and breakfast were amazing with a huge variety of healthy and tasty food. The room was big and had a shower, bathtub, and jacuzzi bathtub.

The cutleries of breakfast is a little dirty. And there is no spot for parking officially so you should park yours near road side. Unfortunately, parking is hell.. literally i looked for the spot about 20 mins.

It is really close to the airport. It has nice pool and beach access. The breakfast has lots of options including vegetarian. Staffs are so welcomed.

Entire hotel was spotless, comfortable and felt so luxurious. All the staff were friendly and happy to help. The private roof pool terrace for star prestige rooms was incredible. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful which is exactly what we wanted. The location is ideal, a 15 minute bus from the hotel and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. Right next to the beach but slightly set back from the road so we weren’t bothered by the noise of the strip and it still felt private.

Some guests were smoking too close to the restaurant windows and on the balconies. The floor by the swimming pool was a bit slippery.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach. The transport connection to Palma and the airport is also very good. We really enjoyed the food in the hotel’s restaurant. We were impressed by the variety of the dishes - every evening there was something new and special. Plenty of seafood, local specialties, exquisite desserts, to name but a few. The service was a top notch, both in the restaurant and on the roof terrace. Chilled smoothies, fresh fruits and snacks were always at our disposal. Our special thanks to Alex from the reception. He was very helpful. We got a little problem in our room. The problem was solved very promptly - we were offered a better and bigger room. So the rest of our holiday went smoothly. The new room on the sixth floor was specious, overlooking the sea, quiet and immaculately clean. We used to stay in another only for adults hotel. Booking Iberostar Playa de Palma we were not sure it would be quiet enough. Due to the wise division within the hotel into child friendly and adults only zones (sixth and seventh floors were child free) we were not disturbed by the noise. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel and come back some other time.

Breakfast, facilities (spa, gym, pool), and service levels, but above all the staff were exceptional (Amanda and Monica to name just a few). We were treated to a lovely welcome, only to find out our room had been upgraded on arrival to help accommodate our 4 month old baby. They also helped to arrange car hire and transfers at short notice, and no request was too difficult for them. We would all love to go back and stay again (for longer next time!)

I don't like these open bathrooms with glass doors on toilettes and shower. I had to stand up earlier than my wife in order to work on my notebook. She woke up every morning when I took my shower.

SPA area could/should be slightly improved, it doesn't fit into the high standard of other facilities. Also, would be nice to know prior booking that roof-top pool area is accessible for rooms on top floors only

Low quality coffee. From my experience, this type of a hotel should provide their guests with better coffee. We didn't take anything from the minibar but they still charged us. We were given the money back.

Excellent location, 1 min walk to the beach. They have towels to use, and the pool area is also nice. It’s not too crowded, we easily got chairs at the pool and beach. Beach is 6 Euro for a chair, and 6 Euro for umbrella, totally worth it. The airport is close, and Palma city is also very close. Our room was awesome, sea view suite, and we got a full sea view, not partial like some places. The breakfast is also good. I emailed ahead of time for info on some activities, the staff were so nice and helped me get the info. I would not hesitate to stay there again. This is very family friendly.

I think that I am not the first to write about a foreign design of a family room. An open bath in the middle of the room, as the designer imagined that 2 adults and 2 children would take a bath in this way. Advice for the future during reconstruction - remove the bath, enlarge the children's room, install 2 single beds of 1.5 meters each and enlarge the shower cabin. Everything seems stylish, but the bath is probably appropriate in a standard room.

A very comfortable hotel that I would like to recommend to my friends. 1. Stylish and modern 2. The restaurant is impeccable, very tasty, a wide selection of delicious dishes, I don't know what people eat at home when they complain about the assortment and quality. 3. Comfortable king bed 4. Outside the hotel is a beautiful embankment with restaurants and shops. I liked the restaurants - Faro and Ginger, Mohito was bad 5. Loved the Sunsetbar, live music every evening. Good master classes are interesting for me and teenagers of 13 years old. Agatha and Monica are lovely, thank you very much
