The pool is overcrowded. Actually - not enough space for such number of tourists. The neighboring hotel also hosted evening shows, which disrupted our experience, as sound was mixed. One more thing - is that animators were telling more on French and German than in English

Perfect see view. Actually I think most of the rooms have see view, but we have the best on the last floor. Nice food, quite different and tasty

They didn’t make use of a lot of the space… They could’ve put the kids inside instead of taking up outside space on the stage, ruining it for the adults.. every day we had to hear kids singing, children’s songs… I wouldn’t consider it an adult vacation

It’s very family-focused, they do activities all day and it was hard to have a relaxing time at the pool as they were always talking on the microphone.

The property was very nicely located with amazing views to the beach and easy access to other nice places. We rented a car which made it much easier to visit amazing places which weren’t far from the hotel. The staff was amazing and the all inclusive had a nice variety of food and drinks

I'm being really fussy if I say the pool could have been bigger and 1 English news channel would have been good. The entertainment in the evening ranged from very good to could be better, but do we expect to be entertained when on holiday?

Great location to the beach, good variety of food and drink, really enjoyed the adult only sun terrace. Room was a good size with an excellent power shower, balcony and good view. We found the staff courteous and helpful at all times, the animation guys worked hard all day and we always good fun without being overpowering.

The balcony door to our room was not closing properly and all the noise from outside was coming in. Our son had to sleep only after all hotels around closed their entertainment program. We mentioned this to the reception but the solution was to put some silicone around it 😅

Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Palma, good food and great variety. The room was cleaned every day and the people were nice (except for one minor issue before we left).

The safe in the room was not working, tried multiple times to set it following the exact steps but still didn't work. There is a difficulty getting sun loungers/parasols in the morning, they give you a paper that says it's not allowed to reserve them with towels in the morning but people still do it, so you risk not finding any. Also there are times when you can struggle to find a table for breakfast/lunch/dinner and also some times when people have to queue for a while to get the food, although the staff moves quite fast to replenish the food. That's not the hotel's fault though. The food is not the greatest ever, but we still enjoyed it and always found something good to eat. We used the hotel's laundry service and there was a delay getting the clothes back due to a holiday in the nearby town that they didn't tell us about beforehand. The evening entertainment/music is very loud so don't plan on a good sleep before 11-11:30pm. One particular band was terrible, a guy and a girl, heard more people commenting too the following day, hopefully they are not there every weekend. The worst part is that the hotel next door had much better evening entertainment, from the music to the bands playing. Also the communication could be improved, I messaged several times the week before and despite someone seeing the messages, I never got any reply. Most of their customers are German and French, maybe I should have tried writing in Spanish. But all of the above would not detter us from staying there again!

The pool was really big,the kids enyoed it a lot. Every nigt there was a show. The room had a beautiful view. There was so many activities for kids and adults. Great drinks and foods.

The only flaw are the desserts and brunch meals - they are very repetitive, desserts all very creamy and brunch options very fast food like. To note - all inclusive is until 23h, serving local beverages - would prefer better quality wines (Spain has excellent table wines, but these were very basic).

Beautiful 4 star hotel, next to the crystal clean beach with white sand, perfect family vacation, especially with younger children, as there is plenty of animation in the hotel, the beach is excellent for children as it is shallow. Very nice and clean pool, our daughters enjoyed it so much. :) Animators speak several languages, which was really nice to hear. Program is versatile and for everyone's taste. Staff is nice, smiling and friendly, hotel is very clean, rooms especially, being cleaned daily and thoroughly, amazing views of the sea, food is solid for a buffet style of a 4 stars hotel, especially when they prepare dishes starring certain nation cuisine. Excellent value for money, would always recommend!

the food was very repetitive and not really that good. It's quantity over quality but that is the case of all-inclusive stays everywhere, so I wasn't really shocked.

- breakfast started at 8.00 and dinner at 19.00 which was too late for our small child - room walls were really thin, on two evenings we could clearly hear a couple arguing in the room next to us - on some days they did not clean our room during the day, had to ask reception several times just to get clean towels - food nothing special - cleanliness of common places is great, room cleanliness is not at all adequate for a 4 star hotel

My only criticism is related to the children’s play area. there is a rusty gate at the back of the park, hanging off hinges and unlocked which I feel is a danger. The park is also accessible from one of the ground floor rooms, and even though you have to sign in and out of the kids club, anyone can access the same park/outdoor play area with their children so I wouldn’t suggest this is the safest protocol. I wouldn’t have felt safe to leave my children unaccompanied in the kids club (no reflection on the amazing team) or in the park.

We went there on an All inclusive deal and the food was decent. The location is right next to the beach . The room was spacious and cleaned every day. We also had a nice view to the sea.

Was nothing I can remember. Only some places can be a little renovated, but overall it is not a case.

Pretty much we liked everything! Animation team was really the best ever (and we have been in a lot of family hotels).

Only one elevator worked, so we had a long wait everytime! The plates and cutlery were too dirty, we had to search for the clean one!

The location and view was perfect. It was very closed to a nice beach.
