Just the perfect position !! Very close to a decent supermarket , Church Sagrada and all amenities. Great Location in very safe and nice area. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful clean and stylish apartment

Street noise could be reduced with weatherstripping on the balcony doorways.

Creative retro modern design with attention to detail from floor to ceiling with comfy beds, an awesome kitchen and dining area close to all we wanted to visit.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it. Some people have complained about the noise from the street, but you have to expect this in a city. It was quite entertaining the amount of times the bin lorries came around to collect the bins through the night 😀. Being British and having our tea white , it might have been nice to have some milk in the welcome pack ( especially as the milk there is long life) . There are some interior windows in the apartment that look out onto the landing, maybe some blinds on these for privacy would be good. One thing we did find or couldn’t find was how to turn the volume down on the Tv it was too loud especially later in the evening.

Just as pictured, lovely balconies that open onto the hustle and bustle of the street . There’s shampoo and shower gel supplied plus a welcome pack with coffee pods for the machine plus wine water and snacks etc. After your initially let into the outside door of the building there are keys inside the apartment to use and you’re send a code for a keypad into the actual apartment ( you have to tap it a few times to get the numbers to appear). There was a lovely Mexican restaurant next door where we sat outside for a drink and some nachos while we waited for the code to be sent, 3pm is the earliest you can get access . The apartment is just a couple of streets from the Sagrada familia, also one of the stops for the open top bus is outside the cathedral . On our last afternoon we discovered the Latin quarter ( lots of narrow alleyways off the Rambla, I wish we’d found these earlier, ( some lovely shops tiny bars and authentic tapas bars in this area) the Rambla it self is very overrated lots of really pushy people trying to get you into there outdoor restaurants ( apart from the food market, which was very interesting )on our last day we had to be out of the apartment at 11 am and we weren’t flying until the evening, so we left out cases at the black swan hostel which is a 25 minute walk from the apartment, the staff there were lovely, our cases were locked away. When we returned later the friendly guys on the reception even called a taxi for us and told us to help ourselves to a coffee. Would definitely recommend this company.

The single room does not have an air conditioner, and opening the window for ventilation is not a viable option due to privacy concerns. It would be helpful if a fan could be provided instead.

the property was perfect inside, just like the pictures. lovely decor & very comfortable. we were met with a lovely welcome hamper which was a nice touch & all of our dealings with the staff were excellent.. great communication from start to finish. we had a little issue but the manager resolved this quickly without any issue so we were pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this apartment & company to friends

1) Black Swan people were great to work with; however, it was far from the apt (10 min walk cab ride). 2) Door lock was temperamental.

Unfortunately, due to the location, it was quite noisy at night, especially during the weekend. Also, as we arrived earlier than check-in time, it would have been great if there was an option to leave the luggage in or close to the apartment, as the hotel where you are offered to leave your bags was too far away to use when traveling with children.

There was a lot of noise inside the apartment building and outside the property - building works, bins being emptied during the night etc. A washing machine was provided, but no detergent. There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. There was no tea or coffee provided.

At it is an apartment, we expected it to have some basic stuff in the kitchen like salt and pepper..

We came to Barcelona for half vacation half work, so we needed a comfortable place with good wifi, and this place was perfect! It looks exactly as the photos, in a great location with good restaurants near by. The apartment was clean warm and nice!

Only one bathroom with narrow shower. Very thin walls, a bit noisy inside the apartment and from the neighbors. Some things needs maintenance (but it's mainly cosmetic).

Comfortable, clean, with all we needed for our stay - sheets, towels, kitchen accessories, dishwasher, washer-dryer. In good location. Nicely decorated.

Design of the apartment is stylish and makes pleasant atmosphere. There were 3 comfortable bedrooms. Bathroom with all necessities. Nice kitchen. We really enjoyed staying there. It is really close to Sagrada, relatively close to the park Güell. There were a bit noisy at night because of the antique windows. But they are so beautiful, that let them be as it is. In general, I have no question to that place. And recommend it.
