It was very difficult coming into the area with a car at Easter time. The email giving directions arrived while we were on the ferry from Ireland and I missed it. We spent a long time sorting out the parking but it was a great service.

Beautiful room with a little terrace overlooking the square. Not noisy but part of things happening. So close to the fabulous old centre. So many wonderful places to see, eat at and relax. Very helpful staff. There is a nice room at the top of the building with comfy seats and a few supplies available, good touch. Loved the rain shower. Daily service is nice to have.

The room was a little small with little room to sit other than on the bed. Otherwise, it was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This hotel is ideally situated. It's a two minute walk from the Plaza Mayor and about a 15 minute walk from the Cathedrals. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was smallish, but very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The tours of the cathedrals including the tower tour are a must. Absolutely spectacular. There is another attraction worth your time, called El Museo Art Nouveau and Art Deco. It is very close to the cathedrals and contains stunning sculptures, beautiful works in glass and ceramics as well as some other interesting collections. If you are like us and prefer to eat early, there are a few restaurants where the kitchens are open from noon to midnight. One is the Meson Cervantes in the Plaza Mayor which affords you a view of the plaza from above. There is also a cafeteria right down the street from the hotel which is quite good. I highly recommend this hotel.

A great location overlooking one of squares of Salamanca. Nice room with all the amenities. Very nice bed. We had an early departure so missed breakfast but host brought some items to our room the night before. Very kind!

Spacious, well equipped room, view of pedestrian plaza from balcony. Property had a roof terrace with view over town. Excellent location, 1 minute from Plaza Mayor, centre of historic town. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was excellent. One thing the management couldn't control was the outside noise. The studios are in a square which is en route from the Plaza Mayor and as a university city, young people were crossing the square well into the night oblivious of the noise they were making! This would not stop us staying again but I may request a room on the back of the building.

The studio was exactly as described. It was spotless and serviced daily. Cooking facilities seemed very adequate although we didn't cook. The bed was comfy with a variety of pillows. We had a balcony which overlooked a charming square.
