The reception called the police on me because I looked ,, suspicious,, in the meantime they blocked my entry to the room so I couldn’t get in. So I needed to wait for 3hours until the police came at 4am, the police officers obviously just laughed, however the reception didn’t even apologize and then gave me a key to a different room. Moreover they were indifferent that the AC was always blasting with cold air, they came looked at it and didn’t do anything with it.

Our apartment was located on the 9th floor with a terrace where there was an open waste pipe in the corner. The terrible fumes plumed from the pipe all the time.

TV in the room had the Plug cut off it and there was no remote control even if I could plug it in. The room had AC but again no power to the unit and the remote had been removed from the room so you couldn’t control it. There was a nasty sewer smell from the bathroom. Which became more apparent when I was using the hand sink.

Cheap quality breakfast

I booked an apartment and ended up with a studio. When I visited the available apartments, they were smelly, dark and situated at the backyard of the hotel, so I accepted the studio instead as it was so full of light and had a nice view!

It seems like the floor wasn't cleaned the whole time while we were staying. No hand wash had to use shampoo that was in the shower. Other guests can be quite loud. You can hear everything through the door or balcony, and it needs a little tlc here and there.But the location was really good.Maybe other rooms are better. Who knows...

1. Check-in took forever: even though there were 3 receptionists, 2 of them always came up to one lady for the answers so she had to spread apart. 2. Paper thin walls made it impossible to sleep at night - neighbors talking, doors slamming, shuffling around... 3. It needs renovation, lots of stuff is busted up. The price makes up for the inconveniences. You get what you pay for.

Dinner was awesome. The terrace and the proximity to the beach, the view. A reasonable price for a stay + HB. The mattresses are comfy.

No soundproofing. You could hear everything between walls and outside doors. So I was woken many times.The door outside is single glazed and barely shut so you can hear everything. The outdoor balcony is pretty much shared with next door so when they stayed out drinking they might as well have been in my room. As for accessiblity it's poor. There was also no one manning or minding the key for luggage storage. So the door was open many times..bike storage idea seems really good except also there is no lock and all accesible to anyone off the street..

* The room was too cold. In my opinion, what's the point of having a TV in the room if the remote control you can only get from the reception with €10 Deposit? * Too many cracks on the wall in the room and there was a stain on the toilet seat. * The new personal who checked me in was really friendly and funny, but the other guy wasn't. He seems unhappy when he explained me the way to the room.

Room was unfinished when we arrived (literally light fittings hanging down and paint drying) and was a quite a way from the pool and bar through empty corridors and up and down lifts. The second room offered was in a dark dingy building next door with access from the street almost within the small shop next door. The third room was great and just one floor from the roof pool. You had to give a cash deposit for the kettle and the safe key and presumably the TV remote (we didn't bother with this) which tied up some of our cash till we checked out. It didn't feel very trusting because of this. A lot of areas were still being worked on and it was quite rough around the edges, if you had a room in the old building you could easily be disapointed.

No parking place and super hard to find a free spot on the street. With all the baby stuff and luggage it became a stress. Swimming pool quite small.

In front of the beach, good structure, price was good too. The view from the terrace was quite nice.

At first our room was awful, leaky shower, the whole bathroom was flooded and we had to use towels to mop it up. Secondly the aircon wasn't working wasnt't cooling and that was leaking aswell. Our whole room was wet and staff didnt replace towels adequately. After complaining they did offer us a new room in which eveything worked and wad much more comfortable:)

Reception staff helpful and very kind. Great Location, supermarkets and fast food close by, someone from staff was always available. Cleaning ladies did a great job and you get a discount at a nearby rertaraunt for being hotel guest.

The studio had a very moldy smell from time to time (we guess filter of one of the air conditioners), bathroom would smell awful 80% of the time, the water wasn´t going down the drain sometimes and it would overflow from the shower. Neither bedroom nor toilet doors could close properly and we had to use chairs to keep them closed. Narrow, weird corridors with columns sticking out - felt unsafe about their escape routes in case of emergency.

Our studio had 2 balconies, which was very nice. Both rooms had separate air conditioning. The cleaning lady was tiding up beds and towels every day, which was very nice. The staff was really nice and friendly. Nice view from the pools at the top

maybe a suggestion: have some hand soap by the basin so that one does not have to go into the shower everytime one wants to wash ones hands. Maybe some hooks for the towels - end up wetting the floor getting out of the shower to get the towels. Other then that it was good.
