A fridge in our rooms or a communal fridge in reception would have been welcomed. There are a lot of steps up to the property and up to most rooms.

Located close to lots of shops bars and restaurants. Easy to travel on nearby no. 4 bus routes. Swimming pool clean and chlorine levels checked daily. Outside tables and chairs regularly cleaned. Communal spaces clean. Daily cleaning service of rooms. Towels changed every other day.

- Terrible stairs and no help to carry heavy bags - reception only open a few hours per day, so no one to receive any packages, lost bags. You have to sit there and wait for it yourself.

On arrival dirty, soiled (menstruation) thong found hanging on hook in shower room threw them in the bin (we did not say anything to reception just dealt with it) Washed shower down as dark, long hair on walls.

Central to where we were visiting friends who live on the island. Fan supplied in room. Cleaned daily. Pool was great. Basic room - double bed, table & chair, shower room, walk in cupboard with safety deposit box (Key deposit - Euros 11 for 6 nights stay). Balcony (3rd floor very high up) with 2 chairs. Bus to Palma (4 EMT) or if going to Magaluf 4 to Can Catala and change walk around the corner to the TIB 123. Great restaurants locally and shops for essentials.

No Aircon!! Just one fan/room, they would not give us one extra fan.

The room itself was far too hot! Although the proprietor obviously cannot choose the weather, be aware that this building absorbs a lot of heat throughout the day and the rooms do not have air conditioning. This means the rooms are also hot throughout the night, even once the temperature drops outside. The bed could also have been more comfortable, it was liveable but basic as expected for a hostel.

The room was very basic but clean and tidy. Staff were polite enough, I am unsure how other visitors have managed to get on the wrong side of them. The pool was very good, crystal clear every day and I saw it being treated each morning before opening. Always sunbeds available if you like to read by the pool. A fan is provided for each bed and there were ample sockets in the room for electronics. My room had a basin and mirror useful for personal grooming/teeth cleaning without needing to go to the shared bathroom. Shared bathroom was always clean during my 5 night stay. The hostel can make arrangements with you if your arrival is overnight, but you must communicate arrival time with them before your day of travel.

I think it was a bit too pricey for the size of the room and has no air conditioner.

location is very nice and close to the bus stop and beaches. there was a very nice view and the employees were very kind and helpful. good part is that has a big pool and clean.

They could be more flexible for checkout hours, we had to pay an extra night to be able to use the shower after the beach before out flight in the evening. They have two chilled out dogs living in the place but they do not makes any noise, there is dog smell only on the reception area, so it was not a issue. The place have many stairs and is located uphill, can be a issue for someone carrying massive luggages but ok for backpackers. Be aware there are no A/C, only ventilators.

Close to the beach, swimming pool ok, it was the cheaper option close to Palma, so obviouslly is not luxury, but have everything we needed. Two beds, bathroom, ventilator. There is a bus stop about 2 blocks away, with conections to Palma city center (and to airport bus stop in Palma). Many restaurant options and markets in a walking distance. Is possible to walk to the marina area for a night out (about 40min. walk). Good value for money.

There were alot of mosquitoes in the room, even with windows closed.

Check in time finishes too early. I couldn't check in the first day. There is also a lot of mosquitoes all over the area which get into the room

Very good value for the cost that is has. Rooms are comfortable and in my case I even had a private balcony.

Location very good, 100 mts distance from the beach. Acommodation simple but very clean. No air-condition. As there is no breakfast included, you can find good possibilities at several cafés on the main road, 100 mts from the hostel.

Requested to the staff member if they could keep a bottle of wine in the fridge for just short time, however they rejected my request. Customer service in general needs improvement. Bad Wi-Fi, no coverage inside the bedrooms! During summer it can get very warm inside the bedrooms, no AC.

Twin rooms were allocated close to each other. Beds were ok.
