Can't think of anything. First time I write this, and I have been in quite a few hotels.

Quiet, clean, opportunity to make coffee/tea downstairs and sit in the patio, excellent location. I booked a room with a terrace, which was excellent, with a (partly) view on the cathedral. Hotel offers all basic needs.

The road in front of the hotel was under construction and we received no "heads up" as to how to navigate around the construction.

Nice location very close to the Pilar and the main walking street. Free access to an expresso machine was great in the morning!

Nicely decorated rooms. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff (permanent reception) - ordered us a taxi when leaving. Excellent location near the Baslica del Pilar and city centre. Recommended.

I know everybody has different pillow needs, but the pillows are not nice for sleeping. Too soft and large. They wrap around your head during the night.

In my opinion, this is a practical hotel for a good night's sleep. It is small, modern and clean. Although our room was not spacious, it worked well for us. It is very well located and there is a parking lot nearby. There is a nice lobby with comfortable furniture. The hotel also offers free coffee or tea. We had a discount for the parking as guests of the hotel. We will gladly come back.

Very clean and well located to visit the city (you are right in the old center). The decision to take the room with the terrace was excellent! Friendly and helpful staff. The free coffee at the reception was very welcome!

Everything was fine.

Location was ideal for our purposes. It was close to the Basilica of Nuestra Senora del Pilar, the 4 Roman museums, the Museo Pablo Gargallo. Thumbs up for the nice pedestrian zones in the Casco Viejo (old town). The area had some great food, too!

Noisy neighbors that came in at 4am and partied until 6am. Mentioned to front desk the next morning and they said it would be addressed immediatlely. This was greatly appreciated! Would stay here again.

Front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable about the historic area. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent - even though the street is under construction, guests were given rooms on the back of the hotel to avoid the noise.

The street in front of the hotel was closed due to renovations so we could not get there with the car. Not a big deal you only need to walk about 2 minutes but it was a surprise.

Loved the location. The staff were super nice as well. It's a stone's throw from the Plaza del Pilar, the shopping centre and the going out / tapas areas.

Very cheap uncomfortable beds and pillow. Very uncomfortable to hear what happens in the next room. Walls and doors are very thin. My twin room door was just into the elevator door. So every time people use elevator its doors were opening in a meter from my head. So impossible to sleep.

We were worried when we saw the room came with ear plugs. Although we weren't bothered by the noise (we came during the off season in the middle of the week), we could see how it could be noisy at night being right on the street and near night clubs.

Our room was clean and nice with a few lovely balconies. We were impressed with the dog friendly treatment as we were greeted with bowls and an entire bag of treats for our pup. The central location was great.

Unfortunately there is a bar/nightclub across the street in one side - if your room is facing that way, it gets noisy. My room was right next to the elevator which also made it noisy.

Very central location, in the old town - close to a shopping street and cathedral. Comfortable, good sized rooms. Good wifi & TV. Mini fridge in the room. No kettle in the room but tea/coffee (machine) available in the lobby. Most rooms (maybe all?) have a little balcony. Luggage storage. Relatively easy to get to from the airport - airport bus and a 15 min walk / another bus.

For me the bed was a little bit too soft, but that's my preference. I like to sleep on slightly firmer mattresses.

The staff was very friendly, the location of the hotel was great and the spacious balcony with a view of the cathedral was amazing. The balcony also came decorated with a table, chairs and a nice plant which made it very enjoyable to hang out there.

My room was directly next to elevator so I heard people coming in and out all night. Couldn't get a hot shower in the morning, but I didn't care because everything else was good

Would have liked more info about $27 dollar remote parking up front.

Super cool staff, location, room and terrace...(I think only 2.rooms have the roof top terrace) but very comfortable if not already gone. Shower was great, staff rock solid, location perfect. Its a boutique hotel, if that is what you expect,.it is the best.
