A coffee machine would have been great. Thought (and requested) that the flat has two sleeping areas: bedroom plus sofa bed. Had to share the bed then, thankfully they were two separate ones. And those were very comfortable.

Quiet area as no cars on the narrow streets. And still so close to everything. Very nice!

Only complaint was that shower door did not close properly and had to wipe the wet floor after each shower.

The location was great, close to bars, restaurants, attractions and transport. Lovely outdoor court yard to sit and have a coffee or drink.

Wifi unfortunately pretty terrible in the apartment (we were on the first floor in “Madrid”), as was mobile phone signal. No provided coffee or tea. This didn’t bother us, but for those who are mobility-impaired, there is a small, narrow stairway to the bedroom and bathroom. Also, there appear to be several little flies throughout the apartment.

Great amenities, like the kitchen, kettle, and microwave, and laundry machine with soap and drying rack. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom fairly clean. Location fabulous in the heart of shops, and restaurants, very close to various attractions including Real Alcazar and the cathedral. Other patrons of the apartments were quiet, and we didn’t notice any street noise.

Apartment located inside corner alley and taxi cannot drive in. We need to carry huge luggage and walk around 5mins. The stone road is killing too. Website stated 2 single beds in one of the bed room. But didn't mentioned there's a bed (on thr frame with wheel) under a single bed which you need to pull it out and eventually no bed frame for it.

Near to tourist spot and shops. Courtyard is good for gathering and chatting. Room a bit of freezing but lucky they turn on heater for us.

The apartment is dark - the windows face a wall and the inner hallway of the building.

The location is very close to the historical center of Seville! :) The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful stay :)

The mattress in 2 bedroom unit was old and rutted. The baseboards around bathrooms were dirty and rotten at bottoms. The 2 bathrooms and showers were not cleaned well. The glass was dirty and buildup of soap scum on grout was a bit slimy. There base of shower glass was also very dirty with buildup of soap scum. Both showers in both bathrooms leaked on floor during showers. The fiberglass pan was installed very poorly in one shower and flexed allot. These units would really benefit from a Professional Shower Remodel.

Large apartments with PRIVATE bathroom, Washing Machine and coffee machine. The shower towels and bed linens were Good. The location was close to main center of shopping and close to main attractions. The building has a nice center courtyard and lovely moroccan flare courtyard. Cute little gem.

Beautiful clean apartment, shame there's nowhere to leave a luggage and I always find it very strange/ unthoughtful when a beautifully done place with a nicely equipped kitchen has an old used sponge ,such a small touch that costs nothing but changes the perception a lot. As a bottle of water and maybe some tea, coffee capsules. Which most apartments of that range provide.

It is very hard to find the location of the apartment as it is on a back narrow street that is not accessible by car. The air conditioner in the living room was not working. It was just blowing warm air. If you switch on all 3 air conditions in the apartment the the electric fuses went off and the apartment was left without power.

Ground floor flat which had a bit of a smell of damp and some peeling paint around the skirting boards. No corkscrew in the kitchen. Remote check-in process is very fiddly on a mobile phone though good help was provided on request.

Location is great though luggage has to be hauled from the parking garage. Large flat with two bathrooms and bedrooms so good value.

Only body wash provided, this ran out on day three of our five day stay. No basic condiments at all in the kitchen. No ice cube maker. Curtains in bedroom hanging off rail so couldn't close properly. Changed towels and bedding after two days, really not necessary and not good for the environment. Although the response to our failed WiFi was quick and effective the messages were patronising. "oh, really, we haven't had any other reports"

Just like the pictures: light, spacious, great terrace, very clean. Easy to find with good information via messages. Self service entry. Lift to second floor. Air conditioning in living area and bedroom; necessary during heatwave. Shower good, washing machine worked. Great location, quiet but close to restaurants, supermarket, sights. Prompt response when WiFi failed to work, quickly delivered personal router.

No complaints. If I have to mention anything, maybe just the check-in time (4 pm) as we would have rather it was earlier.

Good location, and a lovely apartment. It was only one night, but I can say it accommodated my family very well (5 adults 1 baby and 1 kid). They provided a cot for my baby and it was really useful. Smooth self check-in and check-out.

The mattresses have become very soft and deformed due overuse please change them. the single bed is too narrow . Bad or no wifi in bedrooms.
