You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomMy (non sea-view) room had a large pillar in the middle of the floor at the end of the bed which made the room smaller and congested. The aircon was switched off by the hotel "to save energy" and we were told it wasn't needed in April;this left the room feeling stuffy and hot- made worse as it was difficult to keep the windows open.
Sea view rooms (overlooking the whole bay) are fantastic & well-worth the premium to "watch the world go by". Staff were very friendly, helpful, professional and spoke fluent English. Great location (tourist suburb) with excellent cheap bus service into central Santander (cheap , fast & regular)

Abkhazia, GeorgiaI enjoyed the room and beach ⛱️ front as I had done a lot of travelling I enjoyed the room. I went to the bar for a short time the batman was very nice and helpful with recommending what was available in the area
I love ❤️ the room and enjoyed the extra little treat in the bath room moisturiser cream,tooth brush and paste also mini bar. Especially now travelling so light it's a great having these treats.

Great location with views over the bay (from rooms on one side of the hotel) and ample free on street parking (at least in winter when we stayed) at a reasonable price. Hotel facilities are limited but include the basics of a cafeteria and a restaurant next door. Rooms fairly small but adequate and modern.
