Indoor pool area could be made a little nicer - particularly the jacuzzi. Outdoor pool area seemed a bit dated, and shame the water was not slightly heated.

The toilet seats and grouting around the bathroom could do with an uplift. Otherwise all good.

Staff is incredible! They left a little gift on my birthday which was a lovely surprise when I returned to my room. Bruno at the reception and the lovely housekeeping lady were always smiley and kind in every interaction. The bay view from the room is stunning and overall my stay was pleasant.

Lack of food options through the day/evening. No pizzas despite being on the menu so the only option is really the evening buffet. Probably would have been fine in the height of the season when there are more alternative restaurants nearby, but most were closed for the winter. Parking for us was fine but may be a problem in high season.

Beachside location, fantastic views and good breakfast. Lovely staff. Outside pool was nice to sit at though quite chilly to swim in (refreshing though!).

We requested a cot, but received an extra bed instead, which wasn't ideal for our 1 year old but we made do. The restaurant doesn't open for dinner until 7.30pm which is far too late when you have small children who would normally eat around 5/6pm. If this had been made clear at the point of booking then we would have likely booked another hotel. The bar said it serves "snacks", including 6 or 7 types of pizza as well as chips/fries, however when we went to order the only pizzas they had were four seasons and they didn't have any chips because the restaurant wasn't open! Don't advertise them on the 9am-midnight bar snack menu then!

Breakfast buffet had a great choice and there was no charge for our 4 and 1 year old which was a nice surprise. Location was nice, right on the beach with a few restaurants and a small supermarket within a couple of minutes walk.

Breakfast and dinner were great (the best orange juice I had in a hotel!). Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. In overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again. Also, you can find parking easily near the hotel.

A few guests were there for clubing were playing loud music before going out. Perhaps hotel needs to emphasize relaxing nature of ambiance to perspective guests.

The design of the hotel is a bit boring and functional. It's not really trendy or hip.

The room with terras was comfortably big and had an amazing view on bay of Talamanca with sailboats and on the old city of Ibiza with the fortified walls and the cathedral. Also at night the Ibiza city lights make it a romantic view. The breakfast room and terras have that same amazing view. You can have breakfast outside. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of hot and cold food both typically spanish and more international. You can ask for eggs prepared the way you like. There is a walking boulevard along the sea just in front of the hotel. It's great for people watching both from your room and from the breakfast room. The hotel has a pool on the beachside. So also in the pool you have the amazing view.

The spa was very sparse, luke warm water in the "heated" indoor pool and hot tub. could do with some relax areas in the spa in my opinion.

The staff were amazing and the location for a quieter break was perfect. Breakfast was very impressive too. will definitely return.
