When we arrived at the apartment the water heater did not work, so we had to move to another apartment from the same owner the following day. The kitchen is badly equipped with various utensils that are needed in a good kitchen (various dishes are missing, almost all cutlery is different, etc.).

The location of the apartment is good. The apartment is relatively good equipped with main appliances.

You can hear everything in your room. All talks of neighbors. Loud or not. For three person's we have only 2 towels. And liquid soap in small bags. Not really comfortable to use it. There was no possibility to get fresh air in the room. Only ventilation system that doesn't make it really fresh air.

Good Location. Really close from train station and all of attractions. Dish sponge and dishwasher kit of single use. Really nice and helpful stuff.

The showerhead wasn’t working properly. We told that the owner and he wanted to repair it but he never showed up. A doorknob was missing in one of the bedrooms, so we could never close the door. The floors where dusty. The owner / cleaning lady came into our apartment without telling us and woke us up. We were super scared. The wifi wasn’t working properly.

Nearby is a supermarket Spar. And it’s very close to the station and city centre. We never had problems with the neighbors.

the shower design was terrible and allowed the bathroom to flood despite our best efforts. there was a musty/mold smell in the bath room as this issue has obviously been on going, the coffee maker was broken, it needs to be replaced and the stove didn’t work.

the location was ideal, convenient to train station, supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the cathedral on the hill for an amazing vista of the city. it was very spacious and a terrace to watch the goings on below on the street. staff very helpful and patient with our very limited Spanish. the washing machine was a bonus.

It would be really nice to add some small and cheap things to help the customer see that he is cared about. First of all, the soap is a must, especially in covid times (there were some envelopes with bath gel, but they are almost impossible to use as a soap). Some salt/oil/sugar/tea would be helpful. There would be perfect also to have a chopping board and a sharp knife to make some salad, etc. and probably a kettle.

The apartment is small but very nice, perfect location. I loved a terrace on the roof with table and chairs. In general it was clean and neat, perfect for one person to stay. I also noticed that some of the problems, discovered in the references before were solved: there is a wardrobe now, there is a dining place on the terrace (maybe you could consider adding some sun protection to it to make it even better?). It means the hosts really care about making the experience better for the guests.

there was an odor in the house. It was hard to sleep during the night with that bad smell. we even couldn't use the bathroom to take a shower or brush our teeth because of the smell.

Woke up for a chuck out rather than check out and I was exhausted unrested from the night of bad sleep due to uncomfortable pretend double bed which was two singles stuck together. Sofa was scratchy material and slumped in the centre.

This was the worst appartment experience in years. At first we had no clue where to get the keys. After we send the host a message he did not reply. After a scavenger hunt we find out we had to go to a bakery next door to get the key. After the key hunt we arrived in the apartment. It smelled really bad in the appartment. Also the pictures where much much much better then the appartment. On the pictures there where 2 beds but there was only 1. Lucky us there was a sofa bed. Without sheets and without pillows. The sofa bed was dirty, the queen bed was not looking clean either. The next morning I wanted to leave as soon as possible. Unfortunately the shower was also broken and the water was cold. There is also no wifi available while booking says there is wifi. This whole experience felt like a scam. My advice... Don't book an appartment here.

the appartment is in bad shape, the table and the couch are broken, the fridge is ice up, the toilet seat is broken, etc. Its a real pity because with simple maintenance measures the appartment would gain a lot of value and comfort. The neighbours are noisy and there is no parking anywhere near.
