Such a wonderful property! The room was amazing - high ceilings, comfortable bed, nice furnishings and very clean. Parking was easy to find and close. The keypad system was very convenient. Sarai was so easy to communicate with and she gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The Nespresso machine in the shared area was the cherry on top!

A bit expensive for what it is and its location. Although the room had soundproofing (it’s next to the road) and we weren’t able to hear the road, we had a room next to the kitchen so we were woken up by the noise of people talking loudly. The toiletries weren’t great.

The place is quite new and spacious. There’s a code system for the doors which means no keys and it’s really practical.

As being mentioned - the building is just at the street - so if you have a room downstairs and you wish to either open a window or roll up the window-blinds - you won’t have any privacy.

The building is located just next to the street - however it was surprisingly quiet. No problem with car parking on the opposite side of the street. Very attentive and friendly staff. Truly nice breakfast served each morning with great coffee. Wi-fi was working fine.

A waste paper bin somewhere would have helped. Booking,com is not the best way to communicate if device charging is an issue (our continental plug adaptors did not work in Spain)

it’s off season when we were there. so I thought after the stay if the prices were static on booking.com and did not reflect the season. Bakio was empty of tourist. but prices higher than other places. but we enjoyed the stay

There was nothing we didn't like. This is a very rare 10/10.

Room was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt as if they really cared. The interior of the building has obviously been repurposed by a professional. It's perfect.

They did not disappoint us so I have nothing to complain about.

I liked the breakfast and the location. It's close to the beach and it has countryside atmosphere. Everything is brand new and cleaned. The room size was beyond my expectation. the hosts are kind and gave us good tips on what to do around ( Bilbao/Ruta San Juan)

We had a few suggestions (finishing touches): the bathroom needs a shower mat for the floor when you step out (so that the water doesn't stay on the floor), the shower needs a rack or hanger for holding soaps and shampoo/conditioner inside the shower, the bathroom and bedroom need some hooks for hanging towels or wet swimsuits, and a couple extra pillows would be ideal.

Everything was amazing! The inside was super nice and clean and aesthetic. The code system for entering made the check-in and arrival process so easy. The host was so nice and helpful and very communicative over WhatsApp! The coffee machine was amazing (great coffee!) and having a fridge available was ideal! The room was very lovely and spacious. It was great to open the windows and the blinds were amazing! The provided shower gels and toothbrushes were a great touch.

Parking on road may have been for sealing driveway? Hauling bags across road curious given large private lot. Spanish rules do not require whole passport be scanned. Worked out OK. Improve sign so lit or visible in daylight might help others.

There were not towel hooks and no soap dish in toilet.

Room is spacious but bed is too near the toilet. The accommodation is new.
