Cigarette smoking smells from other terraces, wish the complex would have been totally non smoking Sound traveled easily, could hear other people's voices and would have liked enforced low voice no party hours. Now you can't avoid that if it comes from other buildings around and this one is in the middle of at least 3 or 4 other buildings A few more and better plates, cups, and cutlery would have done service but dishwasher for hand washing was available

The wi fi connection, it kept dropping out nearly every mid evening and didn't really improve. Couldn't use it in the bedroom, had to be nearer the pool area to use it successfully

Extremely hot building, no AC or fans and difficult to ventilate. Definitely not one for those who struggle with the heat at night (like me) - perhaps worth paying a bit extra for somewhere with better ventilation and cooling.

Great poolside apartment with terrace and direct access to pool. Good location and easy to get to from airport bus.

The accomodation is close to the beach (about 10 minutes walk). Nice and helpful staff.

Rooms are decent given it is a two star hotel. But certain things in the kitchen and bathroom could be improved.

Facilities are great for the price. The place has a swimming pool and every room has a pool view. Lively place that can be recommended for youngsters. Old people might find it to be a bit noisy.

It was not stated that the parking on property is for an extra fee, there was no laundry place even though it is said that there is one, the apartment was clean-ish, the bed sheets were washed, but still stained by blood and some other substance, the pillows were different on both beds, not the most comfortable ones, the restroom fan was not working, also the shower area wasn’t properly cleaned, no hotel soap shampoo whatsoever, no cleaning stuff from them. And it’s also pretty noisy.

It was close to the beach, a 5 minute walk. The swimming pool area is pretty ok, the pool was clean.

The disgusting attitude of the apparent manager( asked for his name and was ignored by all staff). Screaming at me on arrival for asking questions about check in etc, then claiming that’s just how he talks when no one else was spoken to in such way. He also made offensive comments towards me, telling me for no reason ‘I don’t like you’ and telling me ‘I won’t get my deposit back anyway’ (which I did not) while laughing, as a young female solo traveller this made me extremely uncomfortable and I was left in tears on the first day. After this I was no longer comfortable staying alone and asked if guests were allowed, I was told I could have a guest stay with me if we pay €30 euro and have ID but every day I tried to do this I was told no, or had people claiming not to understand English so I would have to wait, then my deposit was taken on the last day because I had a guest in the hotel for less than 1 hour on the last day. No one would look at the ID or take payment even when more money was offered, and this was every day of the week. Clearly then did not want id or payment so my deposit could be taken. I did not feel comfortable to argue this as the staff were intimidating and at this point I was alone as they kicked out my visitor without my knowledge. In short, rudest staff at any hotel I’ve ever been too! Disgusting attitude.

There was dirt everywhere! We didn't get room-like rooms in the pictures. We got a room on the ground floor, which looked like a cellar. Unprofessional receptionist, who was not able to open our door during our check-in. We had to pay a deposit of 50 euros. We requested to change our room. The receptionist said they don't have any room available, and she promised to ask the manager, but we didn't get any answer from any "manager." The parking price was 8 euros per day. The Internet was poor. We asked the clearing lady to clear our floor. We were there, and she cleared just half our apartment. Noisy area during the night from the next hotel bar, and we can hear all sounds from the next rooms.

Its quite noisy outside in the evenings and you want to sleep with the window open cause there is no air condition and it gets to hot with closed window. So be prepared to wake up a few times when people come back from night life. But it is in the middle of the center so its just something you have to count with, nothing that the hotel can change.

For this price you could not pick a better place. Great location, close to the beach. 5 minutes walk to the beach and a plus that you come down to the very best part of the beach with all the restaurants and shops. Close to the bus, 5 minutes walk from the airport bus. Close to supermarkets. Nice pool area with one of the bigger pools in this area. It wasn´t too cold either, so we used the pool a few times. Nice to have o poolbar. The apartement was just fine for us three, we had all we needed. Nice balcony. We were lucky to get the highest floor with most sunny hours on balcony.
