Not alot we didn't like, but if anything the lack of balcony to enjoy the great location. Not alot the owner can do about this.

Right next to the sea front & marina, we were late arriving but good communication enabled us to find the parking and apartment key hand over. Really well equipped with good WiFi.

The shower would use a little polishing but nothing that interferes with the function. Airconditioning is present, but its not built in - its a portable one. We didnt find it very efficient and was quite loud too - impossible to sleep when it is on. There was one big sheet to share, we would have appreciated two seperate ones.

Excellent location, close proximity to the old town. very good communication, sea view. Kitchen well equiped. Provides a parking place which is exceptional to find in Marbella.

The attitude of the staff ie the Russian person that met us she told us on arrival that we could check out at 12 then she walked into the room at 11 demanding we leave and refused to leave the room she was quiet confronting I do not want to deal with anyone from Russia there attitude is terrible

The apartment was exceptional. It had everything you needed and was central to everything Marbella had to offer. It was very secure and had private parking seconds away. We would highly recommend 👌

The apartment is not very spacious for two adults and a child. It was suitable for three days but wouldn’t be comfortable for a longer stay. There wasn’t a duvet/cover for the child’s bed. Communication: The agency sends really many messages with more or less the same information.

The location is very good. The staff is friendly and available if needed. The apartment is clean. There are complimentary fruits, milk, wine. In the kitchen there is everything you need.

Maria let me know where to meet and was waiting for me at the arranged time. She was friendly and helpful and explained everything very clearly regarding keys and parking. The apartment is in a very well cared-for building with private access through a courtyard garden very close to the sea front. The apartment itself was comfortable and very well laid out with everything you could need for a beach front holiday and a lovely view of the marina. The old town is within easy walking distance with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Parking garage difficult to navigate. More directional signs are needed in the garage. The assigned space is rented from another building. It is located very near to the apartment, however.

It's quite loud outside until 2AM due to the large number of nightclubs on the shore. The air conditioner is of a mobile type so generating a lot of noise when operating. Fortunately during our stay (1st half of September) there was almost no need to use it.

Sea view from the window, 2 minutes walk to the beach. A huge number of restaurants/bars/entertainment within 1km radius. Also fully equipped kitchen allows to cook your own food.

Air conditioning a bit noisy

Maria was amazing. A very good host. The studio was immaculate, the location cant be better. Its in the middle of everything and few steps from the sea. There was coffee maker, tea, fruits and even few beers for my thirsty husband. :)

The property is in the perfect location to all the shops. What ever you need is on your doorstep. Bonus is the beach is just footsteps away. Maria was so helpful and on hand on a drop of a hat. Nothing was to much for her. The property had everything you could possibly need, it was perfect.

The smell from the bathroom was horrible and made the whole apartment stink. There were little buggs crolling out of the drain. I had some bug bites as well after my stay but don't know for sure if they came from the bad or the beach.

The host was fantastic and made it very easy to park our car and guide us to the apartment.
