Beautiful villa lovely quiet area

Villa would benefit from some maintenance and TLC. a map screen shot showing the key box location would be useful as google maps sent us to the wrong location.

Great location, 15 minutes walk along the promenade to the marina with excellent choice of restaurants and bars. Villa was spacious and well equipped. We had a couple of questions when we first arrived which were dealt with promptly.

The villa has a few minor issues ,broken tiles in the bathroom, kitchen and pool area ,which didn`t bother us too much ,but I could see there being a problem if young children were there .Some scuffs and scratches on the walls .loose door handles .A small amount of DIY could easily sort it out . The biggest issue we had was the woman next door, we had 3 BBQs on the smallest BBQ I`ve seen , she screamed and abused us every time we used it from her bedroom balcony .I asked her if we were making a mess or being loud, and she agreed we weren`t ,but she still continued to shout and make us feel uncomfortable .Very rude woman ,( her husband seemed OK ,poor sod ) .BUT ,we will be going back ,only to a different villa .

Excellent location, about 10 min walk to the marina and restaurants .Nice view from the bedroom balcony .The complex is nice and quiet and felt secure .The villa is large and airy and has everything you need .We had a couple of issues when we first arrived and Carlos ,the manager, sorted it out straight away .Really liked the complex so we took some other villa details and we`ll be back .

The WiFi would not work and we couldn't get the TV working. The bbq is way too small and too low down

The staff takes ages to reply on calls and WhatsApp. The bedroom has the door knob broken, and when the door get closed, the person gets stuck in the room.

The villa is very nice and in a great location. It has a swimming pool and back garden. The rooms upstairs have balcony with a sea view.

The beds were not very comfortable, quite old mattresses. The pool was a bit dirt, but that wasn't too much of an issue. There is a hotel across the road, which can be quite loud at night when stacking the dishwasher and fans are going in the kitchen.

Great location. Everything was clean, and the views were amazing. The ensuites in there toom were very nice. Much more space in the apartment than we had anticipated. very spacious.

Pool could do with a bit of a clean up. Tiles missing from the wall in the kitchen, and the kitchen really needs to be refreshed. One of the upstairs bathrooms also had tiles 'buckled' on the wall and both of these bathrooms could also do with a refresh, especially the showers/shower heads which were just ok. Plenty of hot water though! Location is a bit far from Playa Blanca and there are very few bars/restaurants/shops around the immediate area.

Quiet, safe and secure location. House was lovely and has great potential, but needs a little TLC. Really big, plenty of space for 6 people. Lots of sunbeds, great terrace downstairs. Balconies off the bedrooms, all with beautiful sea views. Bedrooms large and beds comfortable. Living area was decorated lovely and very comfortable (couches, TV, dining etc). Good supermarkets close by. Walk to Marina Rubicon wasn't too far, about 20 mins and beautiful views the whole way. We found an amazing Tapas bar close by 'Furancho do Tono los Coloradas', only open about a month. Fabulous food, great atmosphere and superb value!

upstairs needs a good over haul bathrooms mainly bedrooms are lovely. Floors were a bit dirty but all in all enjoyed our stay.

Area is fantastic. Hidden restaurant gems. Pool was very nice. Could see villa owner getting some renovation work done down stairs, like replaced doors. Marina is beautiful, the walk along the playa blanca strip is absolutely stunning. Most people were lovely including locals. Local transport is well organised, facilities to get rid of plastic, glass cardboard etc brilliant plenty of them. Well signed.

We really had no complaints, some areas do need a bit of updating such as kitchen and bathrooms but overall it didn't not stop us enjoying a fabulous holiday.

Villa is spacious and very clean. The pool was fantastic and felt like a real luxury. The pool man visited 3 times during our stay to make sure everything was fine. Instructions for getting into the Villa were clear and easy. The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept in. Fans were supplied but we didn't need them as we were able to sleep with the shutter doors being secured and lovely breeze came through.

The house Needs Some repairing: tiles in the kitchen Fall of the Wall, Some lamps need replacing, Doors don’t close,etc.

Very well situated, naar beautiful bay. House was clean on Arrival, clean bedlinnen and towels.

Nice location nice view very relaxing no air con though great when we were there but July August would be to hot for us also it's gated need a key to get inside balconies great view

No kettle no plastic cups for around pool no wine glasses we bought some left them for next occupants no WiFi was sorted next day pool looked like it needed cleaning was done within 30 minutes .french cpl moaned about children who came to visit us from there villa to make less noise. Asif they were on holiday 😁😁😁

No instructions on how to get in , door locks where so difficult to open . Pool area filthy tiles not washed , curtain pool sitting room area off wall , apartment floors dirty ana the bedclothes are so old we washed them before sleeping on them . If you messages the group it was hours or days for a reply

Pool although small was nice and cleaned during the stay , sea view from bedrooms was amazing , walking distance to supermarket 3/4 minutes and that had everything you could need .

We were very disappointed in the condition of the villa!! Very much in need of:- had to request pool cleaned on arrival due to dirty yellow line around the rim- had to wait 2 days to be able to use the pool; painting; repairs throughout; replacement outdoor furniture; bathroom upgrade; kitchen upgrade with new fridge and missing tiles replaced; 3 towel sets for 2 people for 10 days not enough; no safe; no British TV for odd times it would have been used- had to be programmed - no instructions. A good will gesture of a refund would be appreciated/ expected. Please contact us for more details and photos.

No safety box in the property and the decor does require a some attention

Location was perfect. Views were amazing and the property was very spacious. Pool wasn’t heated, however with the weather being so hot it didn’t make a difference and was a great benefit.

The online pictures wasnt a true representation of the villa, as there are more than one villa colorados, we found it a little misleading. The villa in general was very tired and in need of a lot of maintanance. For example. The kitchen is in need of a renovation. Paint peeling off the walls outside by the dining area and the pool steps were wobbly. A fresh coat of paint inside is needed too. This however didnt stop us having a great holiday.

The location was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

1 chair outside was broken.The wall around the pool had big cracks.Tiles around the door out side where on the ground.The downstairs toilet leaked and only 1 light in the toilet worked.The bathroom upstairs the tiles where cracked and the other bathroom it seems the tiles are coming away from the wall.

Property in need of some maintenance, decoration and updating. We didn't use the pool as it was green in comparison to neighbouring pools.
