Cleaning staff- one morning they woke us up by letting themselves into the room at 8am whilst we were still in bed asleep- not impressed. Another morning 8.30am they were outside the rooms talking very loudly and laughing even though we had the do not disturb sign up along with several other rooms on that floor.

Property was in a amazing location lots to do there lots of restaurants. The pool at the hotel was really nice hot and cold pool, with plenty of sun beds. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony which was lovely. Room was large and spacious with a large shower with toiletries supplied. Bedroom was really clean. Nice comfy bed. Breakfast had plenty of choice and tasty food. Safe in room and wardrobe space. Ate at the restaurant one night seemed to have a good variety of tasty food. Loads of places in the town tho . They recommended lots of local restaurants and things to do. They offered excursions and bike hire. Right on the beach front so you can walk right out from the hotel. Definitely recommend and will stay again

Good location and great pool area. Very clean and tidy with excellent attentive service. Buffet breakfast was outstanding in terms of selection and quality. Good vegan and vegetarian options available - Cava too!

Outstanding staff doing everything to make our stay perfect! Great location right by the beach, with sun beds to really level up your stay (for nominal fee). Hardly any music or anything annoying you, and zero kids as it's adults only.

the room was nice but the extra level on top ended up being disappointing as the spa was very average. It didn't heat up nd it stopped every couple of minutes. So in the end we didn't use it and it ended up being a very expensive room for something we didn't use.

The room and peacefulness of being in an adults only resort. The sun chair in the pool and the daybeds were great. Also loved looking out to the beach and listening to the live music from our balcony at night.

The beach and ocean by the hotel are great! The pool area was big enough and even in July had no issues finding chairs mid morning. We had the half board included and the food was always really good. They had a huge breakfast selection with a little of everything and there was a different theme each night for dinner so you didn't see the same thing each night (Italian, Asian, etc). The staff was helpful with a recommendation on a hike. We also set up the private transfer through the hotel ahead of time which was great.

The hotel and all staff people were exceptional 👌 The hotel offers a superb breakfast and dinner, super friendly and welcoming service. It is greatly located on the shore of Alcúdia Bay. You can join a few activities, too. Even during bad weather days, neat activities were offered.

It was very cold in the room and we were not able to use the whirlpool due to rain, as it was uncovered.

The room was clean and well equipped with showering gel, shaving kit and other useful additions to guests’ comfort. The cuisine was delicious!!!! The offer of food was generous and of a good quality and the staff was extremely helpful and amiable (even helped us contact the taxi service when we needed it).

We had a great stay in this hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The room was always very clean. The facilities around the hotel were brilliant, great pool and jacuzzi for all guests to use. Drinks were reasonably priced. Buffet food was brilliant for both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we would love to stay again.

The room itself needs a little TLC. The bathroom was fresh and pristine and the patio furniture was excellent but the wardrobes doors didn’t function properly, the tele was slightly scratched, there wasn’t a kettle or a cup and the terrace door lock was hanging off. There was a dirty stain on the spare duvet but this was changed as soon as I told them front desk.

Location is idyllic - close to the shops and restaurants, right on the beach. Breakfast was sensational - amazing choice and taste. Staff were all friendly and personable and helpful.
