the bathrooms had strong sewage smell unfortunately which was very bad in the small one which has no windows, had the close that door constantly. I reserved for 6 however the 6ht bed was only a sofa bed.

Great location, close to street full of tapas restaurants and a walk distance away from the harbour area and la Rambla. Well equipped kitchen, big beds. Contactless check in/out worked very well for us.

The neiburgood wasn't the best in Barcelona. We had some workers syaying in the building and they were very loud at 7pm waking us up with the buildng doors.

Very comfortable. We received it very clean and the internet was good. And we had some very nice Tapa bar nearby.

The tap over the basin in the main bathroom takes an eternity to get hot, but that is a minor fault overall.

We were given an upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and comfortable. The communication with the staff is faultless as was the checking-in process. The surrounding area is safe, very clean and interesting, either many locals Iiving close by. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the outstanding Metro system. Barcelona is a beautiful city with many places to see, including a cable car ride so you can see the city from above.

Hall very dark at night when you cannot find the light switch - really needs motion activated lights.

Location- quiet but very functional and only a short walk from the lively areas.

The only negative was the smell of sewage, and the hair dryer did not have a head which was not comfortable for drying

I would like to suggest if they can create avenue where client can keep their luggage if travelling late even if it’s for a few extra cost Location of the apartment was close to most of the attraction places

The customer service was excellent. You were assigned one person who regularly checks on you to see everything was ok. When I needed extra tissue for the apartment it was with me within 5 mins. Getting into the apartment was flawless

The location wasn’t the best (not close enough to city centre). This was my second time to Barcelona and I very much realised it was important to stay in the right location. Didn’t feel completely safe outside and smelt like sewerage.

Accomodation felt very safe, two doors to get in and cameras throughout hallways. Very well equipped - washing machine, dishwasher and all the little things (soap for washing machine & dishwasher, extra hand towels etc). Very thought out which was nice as we had been travelling for a while before we stayed here. Host was very responsive.

Twin room a little small.

Apartment clean and ideal for our stay. The twin room was a little small for 2 but, it was okay. Easy access and straight forward to get in and out.

Not a big minus - the apartment is located on the hill, so it's better to take into consideration if you have kids.

Nice kitchen, all appliances that we would need while staying (washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, air conditions), clean and quite big rooms. It was pleasant and comfort to stay there.

In the smallest sleeping room there is air condition missing. We tried to open the window, but people in Barcelona are going to sleep much later than we are used to :)

Space - the flat is really big plus incorporates three separate terasses - the biggest one is accessible from living room same as one sleeping room, the other from kitchen and the third one from another sleeping room. We were 6 and we had enough comfort. Two separate bathrooms were great.

price was steep per night. Not within walking distance of the main sights. Had to use the local train to move around the city.

One shower had 99% hot water and 1% cold, so it got pretty hot! The other shower head didn’t stay put very well, so ended up spraying the room a few times.

Very clean, easy check in, close to restaurants, cute decor, great A/C. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family of five, and kitchen was terrific. About a 7-8 minute walk to the metro.

The bedrooms were very small. There was about 12 inches around the double bed in one room and no storage in there. We were 3 adults and I would not have wanted any more in there.

It was very clean, quiet location but still close to shops, restaurants and the beach (30 minute walk). Air con in the sitting room.
