There was construction at the accomodation and we weren’t notified before arrival. The construction caused no issues but if you’re paying a substantial amount per night, it would’ve been appreciated to have been notified beforehand. Understandably they’re running a business and wouldn’t want patrons to be discouraged from booking if they knew the hotel was under construction, but suggest sending an automated email (or text) to advise of the construction.

Fantastic location, staff were lovely(really, really lovely), internet was decent and the food was sensational. The resort has an only adults pool section which is nice. Majority of the tours in the Nadi region were run from Denarau island, and the tour companies offer a transfer service from resorts on Denarau island. Nadi town is only 10FJD taxi ride. Our experience was fantastic and would definitely book again.

Although the hotel caters for adults with pools, various restaurants and a massage spa treatment place, I would say that this hotel caters mostly for young families, If you want an adults resort then this hotel is not for you as this particularly caters for the families with young children. Although my husband and I had no little children we did see the way the families enjoyed the Fijian hospitality and their friendly heart warming style, this was evident with the way they interacted with the children.

We loved the hotel facilities and the many choices of restaurants. I loved the breakfast at the 3 locations. My favourite restaurant was the Italian restaurant. The room was fantastic, clean and roomy. They spoilt us with a little Anniversary present and decoration on arrival. Staff were amazing! Our cleaner Monika was fantastic. The General Manager was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the adult pool and eating area. The entertainment was great and we particularly loved listening to the nice live music (singers) and the traditional fire dancing entertainment was also really good. Although the resort caters for everything you, also have the convenience to walk to a few other hotels.

The main issue that I marked it an 8 was the renovations. The main restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner closed for renovations 2 days into our stay. With kids there were options for them to eat free but only at the restaurant they closed.

The staff were amazing the whole time. Really were made to feel like family. From the moment you pull up until the moment you leave, your comfort and enjoyment are their main priorities. I would stay there again just because of the staff

It is a pity the water surrounding DenarAu is brown and not really for swimming.

Free non motorised water sports was a bonus. It is also easy to walk between the resorts to different restaurants if you want other eating options. The pool is a good option with kids and couples sections.

Beautiful resort, all you need in one place. Convenient location just 35 minutes from airport. Clean and beautifully presented rooms. We had a two bedroom suite which was very comfortable. The restaurants offered great menus. The breakfast buffet was great. The poolside menu, lots of options and we loved the food, childrens options were also great. Lebanese restaurant was delicious. their lunch menu was great! Pool and slide were a major hit with the children, and hourly activities kept them occupied. We wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were wonderful, always smiling and very accomdating.

Location on Denarau was perfect. About 20mins drive from airport. Resort was lovely, and felt very safe, very family friendly. Kids loved the pool and waterslide. Thai restaurant was great!

The quality of food served at the restaurants can be better but is not below standard average of Fiji hotels.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and it was great. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and are full of energy - they create a fantastic atmosphere. As our stay was not long, we did not experience all the hotel had to offer but the bar served great drinks and our room was very spacious, clean and there were lovely welcome touches added. The bed is comfortable and our room was quiet.

There was some construction noise during the day and as I live near construction, it bothered me a bit. For the money feel should be a little cheaper while renovations are being done.

Really enjoyed my stay. I loved being able to easily get around the resort. The pool didn’t have any steps so very accessible for my elderly mum. Loved the adult pool area and also having an adult breakfast area. The rooms were spacious and housekeeping came regularly to clean and take rubbish and replenish. All the staff are so warm and friendly. Would highly recommend once renovations are complete.
