Nothing negative, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Loved our stay. All the amnesties were amazing & the daily free activities meant we didn’t have to leave the complex. Staff went out of their way to be helpful & every time we stepped out of our room we were greeted with BULA & huge smiles.

2 x double beds (not queens). Given the price and the sheraton name we didn't expect them to cheap out on the bedding and was a disappointment to the otherwise great stay

For a family of 4 (two kids two adults), the room wasn't in the best configuration, as it had one open space with two double beds. The pillows were too wide for the bed to be put side by side. That's just a small thing. It was, really great.

The staff were really nice and friendly. It really made a difference. Pools, towels, views all fantastic. Breakfast - amazing. Especially iced latte, poached eggs with hollandaise sauce and, surprisingly, the Indian dosa (for breakfast)!

Room was clean, modern and bright. The air conditioning worked great. Breakfast had every option you could think of. The resort has beautiful grounds and is nicely spread out. The resort has a calendar of daily activities. We participated in basket weaving which was so fun and informative. The best part is the staff! Very kind, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The staff is what stands out the most about our stay.

We liked everything.

The staff were amiable, and the food was delicious. Our location was fantastic, as we had the option to have a dip in the pool or just walk up to the beach.

Food selection was OK. We tried to order dinner in their Tatavu Grill & Bar restaraunt and three of the main dishes where not even available, including "fish of the day".

Super friendly staff, Nice size room, Great view. Plenty of shops, as well as authentic Fijian market stalls in the gardens.

This is more of a personal preference but would have liked the pool to be open past 8pm, even with a waiver of full responsibility etc. We had a few families with toddlers playing in the water, but unfortunately, we were booted out (rightfully and politely so) due to the closure of the pool.

It is true Sheraton style: welcoming, clean, in good condition. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The food was great and had a decent variety. Very much liked the kids pool which was only 0.8m deep, thus enabled our little lad to play with no problems (and very much reduced my stress levels)

Internet didn't work in some parts of the hotel, but they're working on it. Mattress in kids roller bed is extremely hard.

We're enjoyed our holidays a lot. Stuff was extremely friendly. The buffet was very generous. We loved 3 pools, 3 restaurants, activities, and bars next to the pool. The garden was really well maintained. Great gym. Lia buffet Manager really cares and makes sure everything is right. Yvo Van Dijk General Manager in Sheraton, really wants to make this hotel perfect to stay for everyone. We had a great time.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff were lovely and welcoming. Our rooms were cleaned everyday with handwritten notes personalised to us! Great pool facilities including an adult only pool and we loved every minute! The location is great close to other resorts and easy access to the port. We would definitely go back next time and stay there.

Only negative was the bathroom and floors probably needed a more regular clean.

The staff were definitely the highlight of staying at the Sheraton. Nothing was ever too hard and they were always happy to help. Juice boxes at the front desk were an absolute hit with my little one and staff went out of their way to ensure she always had one and gave us extra where possible which made a huge difference for my daughter enjoying her time. It was also my husbands 30th birthday and part baby moon before our second baby, and the staff made us feel very special. Breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible, could not fault it. Best we have ever experienced
