Convenient for town, clean, friendly and helpful staff, bed comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee making stuff, parking space available which otherwise would have caused a problem as there is limited parking elsewhere

The room was not clean properly. The hot and cold water taps was separate of each other on the sink! the shower tube was very short!

The lodger was very supportive and polit. Also, he let me check in two hours earlier. I felt safe.

it was run down and we had to park our motorcycles in the front garden illegally crossing the pavement as there was not a drop curb

Very noisy from the road (not their fault, just a function of the location), the room was fairly run down and in need of renovation, the lights were very temperamental, and the shower pressure was terrible.

Cheap passable work accommodation Listen it’s not the ritz facility needs so much work but in all fairness we had food boxes that we asked the owner were so we bin it and he said he would dispose of them when he cleaned room and he let us stay late as our transport was later on during the day with no charge we didn’t leave the accommodation till 4:00pm I cant knock owner for that don’t get that anywhere else saved us waiting at station for hours there so there was pros and cons If owner revamped the whole building could be a really nice bed & breakfast

- The guest house name is not "Amazon Guest House. But it has been named as "Athena Guest House" - When check-in, we were asked to walk another 300 meter further to another guest house (no name). It's like a students hostel. - The pictures of the guest house in Booking.com are totally different from the actual accommodation.

Not the best appointed room, peculiar layout and oddly furnished with an oversized chest of drawers, huge TV and wardrobe stuck behind an armchair. The curtains were odd lengths and the rails were a bit shonky. The pub opposite was a bit noisy on a warm night which meant we had to leave windows open.

Good location, perfect for visiting Oxford city centre and close to local shops, cafes and restaurants. Beds were comfortable.

It was dirty, drawers were full of stuff from the people stayed before, very outdated property not maintained at all, tv was taped with bracket and didn’t work. There was too much furniture with very little space in the room. The price was not justified in this case

Cleanness & very tired, too much furniture clotted the room, very dated, pictures just placed on radiator instead of the wall, bathroom facilities poor. Curtains are too thin & need a good wash. Overpriced for what we got.

No microwave facilities, smelling cigarettes in the room, very old bedsheets and table cloths.Dirty stool. Room is not worthy for this amount at all. Don't recommend it for anyone.mats on the floor was dirty
