Price was cheap for London. Hotel was easily accessible from Underground station and even more so from DLR. The restaurant next door (called "Grounded") is an excellent artisanal coffee shop and does very good breakfasts

The room was very dusty and the walls had lots of stains and chips all over. Dirty shower. Felt very unclean. The lock to our room was dodgy and felt like it would break any second - as two young females travelling together we felt quite unsafe. We ended up staying somewhere else for the night. A good place to stay if you're desperate for a cheap place to stay but don't recommend.

The room was absolutely roasting hot even without the radiator on. It's the first time I've stayed somewhere in December and had to have a fan on all night.

The room was clean and tidy. The gentleman on the desk was very polite and helpful.

I understand that furniture can't be always the best, but something that could be always the best is cleanlinnes. Unfortunately cleaning was far from good (sticky floor, dust in wardrobe, little bit of mold in bathroom). After one night my friend got bed bugs bites over her body. I can't say it was from the bed, or maybe she catched something in metro, but she got bites all over her.. I can say, that i am young and i overcome many things, but this was the last visit for me.

I like the kitchen, that was awailable for every host And that they Changed our room immediately after we told the stuff about bed bugs bites.

Room stank of smoke. No toiletries and the bath had brown stains in. No way to open a window. Fan was provided but covered in dust. TV in room, but didn't work. Nowhere to make tea or coffee, but not sure I'd have wanted to. Enough beds for all 3 of us. Room was noisy with traffic noise, not dampened by windows at all. Curtains all smelt of smoke. Bathroom radiator was the only one working and it compounded the smell of smoke from.the bathroom.

Location was close to the tube and the Abbs experience we were going to. Check in was quick and easy. Bedding was clean. Plenty of plugs to charge phones.

There were a lot of stairs to get up to the room, at first we didn't have hot water but staff sorted that quickly.

Perfect location for accessing the tube service. Our room was a little studio so it had a small kitchenette and because we were so high up the noise of the busy road/other guests was minimal. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room was a little bit dirty, and same with the shower and the tap. I booked a twin room cause a double room was more expensive but the room they gave us had a double bed and a single one

Small TV, practically the size of an ipad. Room felt damp when the temperature cooled in the evening/morning - Unable to use radiator to warm the room as the controls had been removed

Room was spacious enough, it had a single and double bed although I booked a double only. Checking in and out was easy enough. Good location.

TV at some nights was not too good, falling out or with disturbance of a lot of small squares...diturbing the sound as well, but I did n't mind too much as I do not watch TV a lot...

The bed was fine, the room and bathroom could have been a little cleaner..I am glad there was one chair and I would have liked coffee/tea facilities in my room, but I could use the kitchen for boiling water so that was okay..! The outside stairs were a bit akward for me, (because of my age) but I did manage, except with the luggage I needed help. The man at the reception kindly carried the luggage up to my room..! Because the room was at the back I do realize it was more quiet than at the front with much more traffic-noise...Ofcourse some nights there was still some noise from outside or from other rooms, but for London it was alright!

The property is not so clean, including the room and kitchen, no one is cleaning the kitchen and it is full of trash and food of residue everywhere. Should have a better management

Good location for our purpose. Facilities were clean but rather cheap and shabby. A comfortable night's sleep despite the noise from the main road...cars...sirens and noise people. Parking available.

Damp problems Lack of WiFi and lighting in bedroom and everything has just seen better days to be honest. Needs a complete renovation because it's location to the DLR is excellent

We were on the absolute top floor which made us do a daily hike of 5 flights of stairs. With no elevator it’s not the best experience for a 5 night stay.
