The hotel website did not explain that there is restaurant as well. Lack of information

It’s a lovely hotel. The room was spacious and clean.

Could not open windows in bathroom or turn off towel heater- it was baking hot and airless in the room. WIFi was really bad. Rooms were not cleaned daily (we were not advised of this up front) shower dripped like Chinese water torture.

Nice linens, big room, nice staff. Breakfast was good.

Amazing location (literally beside the Speyside Way), incredible selection of whiskies, lovely room.

No fridge in the room. Hairdryer on its last legs (heat but not much wind!). Window didn't stay open (unless propped with a spoon!). Couldn't get close to a mirror to do makeup (bathroom had a shelf underneath it and only room on 1 side to get close. Bath VERY slippy - a shower mat would have been nice.

Called a snug twin it was a nice roomy space (hardly snug in my book). High ceiling helped. Beautiful bedlinen and towels. Friendly staff.

I would like better service at the front desk.

We were walking the Speyside Way walk. The location was great as the walk runs right past the hotel.

Our room although very comfortable was quite basic, when I was stay again I’d pay extra to get the next rung up. didn’t detract from the stay at all though.

A wonderful hotel that does the basics to a very high standard. The food was lovely in the restaurant. The whisky bar is a real gem. Perfect location in speyside. Lovely library area aswell. Shower ran powerful and hot, bed comfortable. Staff very knowledgable and friendly.

Excellent breakfast. Wonderful whisky bar and extremely knowledgeable barman. Superb whisky tasting experience ... would highly recommend!

Facilities are fine, guests must remember it has a village feel about it. Perfect for the whisky tour we were on....

Nothing to fault. Lovely dedicated whisky bar in what is similar to a large dining room.
