Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We knew there had been lodges recently added in the grounds and wondered if they would spoil the grounds as we've stayed in Kentisbury Grange and we felt the lodges had there. But here they didn't really spoil anything apart from pools being quite busy.
Staff couldn't do enough for us, really exceptional. They upgraded us to a beautiful room as it was our anniversary weekend, not only lovely room but petals and kissing swan towels on the bed! First night ate in Cellars restaurant and 2nd night curry night in Bistro listening to a very good singer. Both meals were good. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Just a fabulous place, we enjoyed sitting in front of the fires in the drawing room and morning room each evening after our meal. And sitting out by the croquet lawn with the beautiful views to Exmoor.

Gorgeous location with fantastic views, lovely clean rooms and attentive, helpful staff. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent, especially the chicken risotto which I would highly recommend. Have already booked to return to one of the beautiful lodges.

United KingdomNot much really. Few potholes in the roads around the grounds could be tricky at night on foot if I was being picky. Steam room in the spa was out of order for our whole stay.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. Positioned next to a golf course so exercising our dog was easy! Nice old Manor House where the restaurant was had an oldie worldie feel to it and a lovely smell of real fires 😊 We both found the food served in the restaurant to be exceptional! Top quality each night we were there, so full marks to the chef! It was our 40th wedding anniversary treat to ourselves and the card and complimentary bottle of Prosecco left in our room was a lovely touch from the hotel and very much appreciated! Staff and service standards were all very good, friendly courteous, nothing too much trouble. Nice swimming pool, sauna and Jaccuzzi, though could be noisy when the kids were in! Special thanks to Callum and Roxy among others in the restaurant 😊

United KingdomWith their new launch it felt like the perfect opportunity to opt for "no single-use plastics" across the resort. I would have preferred not to have plastic bottles of water in the room and small plastic bottles of shampoo etc. Glass bottles are not difficult to manage and a bulk dispenser of shampoo etc is not hard to organise.
Breakfast was delicious and the room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable.
