We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The room and reception staff were lovely, not sure about the cleaners they let themselves in my daughters room and broke her chain on her door and left as if nothing had happened, no apologies never even reported to the office what they done.

Quiet location outside Aylesbury. Nice size rooms very clean, recently refurbished. Comfy beds, huge television, spacious bathroom. Chose it because of the pool, which was a decent size. Good choice of evening food and good choice of breakfast. Lovely staff - shout out to Raj on reception and waiting staff who were all lovely.
