Access to Room 16 was tight and room was quite small

Central location, availability of car parking, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast

My only comment would be, that the room that I was in had very low plug sockets. It made it difficult to plug in my phone charger

I was attending a course in an neighboring hotel. The location and rate was within my budget.

    Nothing, everything was ace!

Lovely room with plenty of room and very comfortable facilities. Ensuite and dressing tables included with plenty of tea/coffee making facilities. Toilet had a bit of a loud flush but not particularly important. Staff were so helpful and lovely when we were stuck in traffic and thought we may arrive after half 8. Perfect location for exploring the city. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

When we arrived we were initially shown to a room that had not been cleaned (full of rubbish and unmade bed). The lady on reception was really apologetic and managed to find us a room. Breakfast was nice but basic.

Property was clean, great location. Parking available right outside (extra charge). Friendly staff and beautiful room. The bed was really comfy and the room was warm.

Single bed and slightly cramped room.

The location is close to everything in city centre. It is dated. But clean and comfortable and quiet. Wonderful traditional English Breakfast in a lovely dining room. Staff are excellent and friendly!

I would say that the property could use a bit of an update, but this in no way affected the overall experience. I felt so well looked after!

The staff were incredible. An early breakfast was laid on for runners in a local event, which was a Godsend. A delicious bowl of porridge was prepared for me upon request. The room was comfortable. Parking was very convenient. It was greatly appreciated that I was permitted to have a shower after the half marathon, even though I had already checked out. Great location also.

The heating couldn’t be turned off in the bedroom and we found it uncomfortably hot. £25 parking came as a surprise.

Great location, within walking distance of all of the attractions of Plymouth. Room was comfortable, although we weren’t expecting a suite. Breakfast was great, staff were very attentive and willing to cook things to order if requested.
