Pool time and allocation was restricted and over busy at times, location was disappointing for dining/eating choices and the view from our room was dull and was facing a brick wall.

The pool was very busy and pretty cold. But the hot tub and sauna was nice.

The room we had was incredible. The size of the room was huge and the view overlooking London Bridge was amazing. Such great value for money for such luxury rooms and great location.

Some features of the hotel are due some renovations specially at the price point. I struggled daily to get my door open with the card key (changed them twice), the room amenities were poor quality (bring your own shampoo and soap bar), not as "royal" as the hotel slogan would make it seem.

The hotel is nicely located right next to a metro station and very close to London Tower, Tower bridge and other attractions. Breakfast is nice and very complete. Pool and gym are big and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and the sound is isolated well so you can have some peace and quiet. Staff is very friendly.

I had breakfast included and confirmed this via email. Despite this when I checked in was told breakfast not included and had to show the email and confirmation on booking. Every morning, I was told that I did not have breakfast and had to explain. A little embrassing when you have other guests waiting to be seated. This should have been cleared up when I checked in. Despite this I would still return.

Pool hours and rules: Open to family with kids after 20:00, does not make any sense when you have kids. You get randomly yield at because you have your phone (ok it's written that it's forbidden ,,, but everybody have it) Kids can't run / play/ jump etc and the staff is very strict, you get remarks that kids must be supervised by an adult (even if they are 12 and are very good swimmers) and consequently if you are a foamily don't expect to relax on the jacuzzi or Hamman/sauna.

Very nice room with incredible view on Tower bridge and Tower of London. Excellent breakfast. Location is very easy to visit London Essential. Staff is really helpful.

We would have liked the hotel to provide decaffeinated tea bags in the room and more milk as we love our tea first thing in the morning. Also, where our room was situated, we had some noise from the lift late at night, and my husband found it difficult to get to sleep.

I loved the friendly greeting. The room was very clean, providing everything we needed for our night out in London. The location was perfect for us. Enjoyed using the spa during the morning before we checked out. Would definitely return to the hotel when we next visit London.

Check in! After checking in online we needed to check in again in a long queue. Felt sorry for staff dealing with lots of issues with customers. Make sure you communicate better about what online check in means. Have a separate desk for key collection only. Sort out taking £50 deposit before arrival. Make sure rooms are allocated to customers checking in from 3pm. It has made us rethink staying in one of your hotels again in the future.

Great to have a pool and leisure suite. Breakfast was endless and very tasty! Room had a partial view of the Tower of London which I loved.

All pluses covered all minuses =) Only the thing you could improve, somehow reduce the hum of the conditioner system, even cool insulation can't down such hum.

Perfect location. Excellent service quality and everything you have while you stay at the hotel. It's perfect sound insulation. This is a big plus for me. We had our room number in the backyard, directly located on the underground station, and it wasn't a problem. The staff is professional and hospitable. I recommend this hotel.

There aren’t really any negatives (apart from the bath / shower needing a bit of a spruce up where it’s gone mouldy

The staff couldn’t do enough! Always so friendly and helpful. 9/10 on cleanliness (there was a bit of mould on the sealant in and around the bath) but the room itself was always so clean and smelled so good. Location was amazing we had a view of tower bridge.

I struggled to get into the high bath for a shower or bath. Tiles needed updating. Room was cold, we couldn't get it warm. Extra biscuits would have been lovely. 2 were not enough.

Ester and Arnel gave wonderful service at breakfast. Good choice of food. Lovely hotel. Awesome location. I used the pool and spa. Hotel was chosen for that reason. Bed was very comfy.

Breakfast selection was a bit limited. Spa was quite crowded and full of families with children so couldn’t really have a proper swim.

Convenient location. We got a complimentary room upgrade so our room was very spacious. Bed was very comfy and great amenities.
