There was a smell to the room, note you have to pay additional £15 to park at the property.

Location. Wonderful price for a basic, clean room. What more do you need when you spend so little time in the room and the rest of the time exploring. Staff were exceptional with advising how to commute via train to London. Easy 15 minute walk to the train station and to the palace.

The TV was on its last legs, needed replacing, The bed was very firm, and the pillows where like pancakes. The floor boards needed allot attention, it was quite disconcerting walking around the room, They creaked so much you could get up without disturbing people. The parking charge isn't make clear at booking and was a bit of a surprise, The need to pay is understandable, but the local council parks would have been cheaper for our overnight stay, it was excessively expensive. During the night there was a constant drip drip drip from the bathroom, We could not locate the source, possibly the toilet cistern, it definitely kept us up and made it more difficult to sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was reasonably situated about 20-30 minute walk to the centre of Windsor. The staff were helpful and friendly.

On reception I was greeted very well and the gentleman on the reception helped me get parked. He was very helpfull. The hotel was clean and very well kept. The reception booked a taxi for me to go off to see my family. That arrived very quickly. Overall it was a good stay and I was very happy with the hotel.

It’s dated but comfortable.

I was travelling with my two boys - it was great to have 3 separate comfortable beds. The hotel is close to town and affordable. The staff were very friendly and reasonable.

We slept really good, the room we have is a good size with few extra beds we definitely stay again. It will be good if there is break fast included in the morning.

Noise from passing traffic was a little annoying but through no fault of the hotel. Room was a little dated and no breakfast provided. Paying for location

The hotel was close to legoland and provided off street parking. Large family room with bathroom provided which was clean and comfortable.

there wasn’t much wrong with the property at all just felt it was a little bit dated in decor with how great it was located.

the location of the property is great, only couple mile from Legoland (reason we was in Windsor) and only a couple minutes drive from the centre of Windsor itself. The gentleman on the reception was very polite and went the extra mile! When we arrived it was raining and he came outside with an umbrella to greet us. The beds were really comfortable, we all slept very well!

We knew from previous comments that the property is a bit tired and in need of renovation. However this is reflected in the price. The bed was comfortable, there was a fridge in the bedroom which was great. There was a lovely large tv, kettle with tea, coffee and milk.

The owner was lovely and helpful. Property very central. The location is quiet and peaceful. Very clean and there is a car park at the hotel.
