Some cobwebs in our room and had to contact the housekeepers through the receptionist to help with this. The sofa beds are old.

The location is great with lots of indoor and outdoor activities. We enjoyed the swimming pool and indoor games. The staff were friendly, professional and responsive. The team were prompt in attending to our needs when we had a complaint

We reached Late for check in around 11 pm. We couldn’t found that place and try to contact but no response for half hour. We moving around for half hour and finally someone answered and told us to follow your map don’t follow post code. But we was very happy from pine lake resort. Thanks

Location was very beautiful and peaceful. It was small lake there and we really loved to go again. Don’t want to leave that place after leaving one night. 😍😍

Lovely lakeside location. Good sized alpine cabins. Very clean. They provide everything for self catering (kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc). Close to both lake district and Yorkshire dales.

I didn't like that the reception staff wouldn't let us check in at 15.35pm, she made us wait until exactly 4pm, even though I had a 5 year old with me. There was a space underneath the lodge where the pipes were, and I noticed at nighttime a rat run in and out from under the lodge. I told staff twice, but nothing was done. Seeing as the rat was only outside it didn't affect the lodge stay. And animals are kind of expected due to the location. The restaurant food was a little pricey, and hardly any vegan options.

We liked the swimming pool, childrens park, crazy golf, the lake & the boat hire, and the childrens indoor play area

No phone or plug socket next to bed. Bath with shower over always means a narrow shower. Dangerous having to step out with no handrail onto a slippy towel. Get rid of the bath. The recycled toilet paper was so thin I had to use 4 times as much. The lights over the bed didn't work. Restaurant didn't do breakfast

The studio was well equipped with all I needed for a one night stay. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a shop that sold essentials and a restaurant and bar on site. Very good amenities but I was only staying 1 night so didn't use them

The only let down was that the sofa wasn’t very comfortable but that was just because it was a pull out sofa bed, but other than that it was superb.

It was very cosy for the two of us, the lake was right at our door and it was beautiful. the resort was nice and the staff made us feel very comfortable as soon as we got there and the whole time we were there.

In 105 loggias, sewage (any) if you start using water, when the water flows down the pipes, the whole house hums like a repair in your head. I think it will be fixed. She could not find pot holders for hot dishes, unlike other loggias, there were none here.

I visit this resort with my husband more than once, we are very satisfied😊

Myself and two friends stayed in a lodge for the weekend whilst we was visiting the Lake District so we didn’t get to use any resort facilities but the lodge was beautiful, very spacious and really good for the price!! The reception staff were lovely ! I would recommend and stay again in the future!

Lodge advertised was water front, but lodge we were given was behind 2 that were water front. Bed was top firm for us. Furniture was quite dated ans damaged in areas - lodge 105, coffee table was worn on the corners and had a stain on it. Seat cushion cover of sofa bed was damaged and kept creeping off the cushion.

The lodges are a little tired and the cleaning could do with improving. We had bottle tops and cigarette ends on decking area and slops down the front of cooker. One heater in living room was not working and at one point our electric went and we had to wait for maintenance to fix

Location is great, the setting is lovely. Spacious lodges with comfortable beds. Lots to do on site

We came at the end of April and it was not possible to buy a hot breakfast at the restaurant. Also evening meal wasn't good so we only have eaten there once.

Lovely quiet resort. Watersport Centre was great. Good location. Well equipped and spacious house. Brilliant kitchen, plenty of plugs with usb. Safe. Quiet. Perfect place for a weekend with kids. 15 min drive away, there was a fantastic farm restaurant called Archers. Would definitely come back to Pine Lake again.
