One of our rooms had a constant loud humming. I thought the rooms were a little small, but adequate for our needs.

Location was excellent. A short walk to Bayswater Underground. Close to shops, restaurants, several pubs and a Booths pharmacy. The hotel had its own restaurant where we had the choice of continental or full breakfast. The food was good and the service excellent. The doorman at the hotel deserves particular mention as he was always on hand to give a friendly greeting or farewell. We looked forward to seeing him each day. Reception was manned 24 hours and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

I got a little disappointed when a day before I checked out I called(twice actually) and asked them to provide me with some fresh towels and couple of coffee tubes because that day room hasn’t been cleaned and the housekeeper hasn’t been in my room to clean it and to add some necessary stuff(towels, coffee, tea, etc.) I am sad to say that both times I called they politely wrote down what I needed but they didn’t send me what I asked for. I wish that little incident didn’t happen but it did.☹️ Otherwise everything was very good and I liked my stay there.

I liked my room. It was small but comfortable and cozy. It was also clean and had almost everything I needed (mini fridge would be nice in the room and a microwave).

The door handle on the inside of the bathroom kept falling off. Just needed to be screwed back on by a maintenance staff member. I forgot to report it to reception!

The room was compact (single) but clean and comfortable. In fact, compared to some other single rooms I've stayed in, it was a good size. The location was very convenient. The reception and door staff were very warm, attentive and polite.

Although we did the online check-in, the lady still insisted on seeing some ID. None of the other accommodations we stayed at during this trip requested this if we did it online. Make sure you take a room away from the elevator as it's very loud! There wasn't space near the sink in the bathroom to leave your stuff. The only place was above the toilet and I don't believe it's very hygienic to leave your toothbrush or beauty stuff there.

The location was good. Right by Hyde Park (hence the name) and a few minutes walk from a subway station. The room was clean. The size was reasonable. Although we paid extra to have a larger bed I still believe it wasn't that big but it was comfy enough for 2 people. The bathroom was clean.

Great Value and Very Comfortable. The cleaning was spotless and the room was small but well organized and convenient. The location was convenient for bus and tube and there were supermarkets within a minute's walk. Having a lift mattered to me and I appreciate the convenience that added to my stay.

Room (single) is quite small - bathroom could be equipped with a shelf near the sink for toothbrush/toiletries. Price vs quality higher than other cities...

Great location for visiting Hyde Park & downtown area. Easy Check in - strong WIFI - nice staff. Would consider staying again - although in a larger room :)

The lift broke down twice in the 3 days there so we just used the stairs which was not much of a problem although once was with our luggage which made it a bit awkward but again not really a problem.

The friendliness of ALL the staff especially the doorman he was outstanding.

Some areas look a bit dated but nothing bad. The room is small but that's not an issue for just staying there for sleeping.

If we were staying longer we would pay the next level for a bigger room . The standard room is very cosy.

Property location is fabulous, lots of restaurants, tube is next street over and easy walk to Kensington gardens.
