The lighting was a bit dim for my liking.

Great location, across the street from the beach, quay, and lots of restaurants were nearby. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room and the bathroom were good size, and were comfortably heated.

All good… and although not a problem for us, if you’re thinking of booking the room for 3, be mindful, it is up four flights of stairs.

Location is great. Parking permit available for car park close by (refundable deposit £20 cash). Clean room, comfy beds, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, hand wash, shower gel and towels all provided. And friendly, helpful hosts.

Great location, the staff were very friendly and really helpful, the room was very comfortable with lovely views of the sea. Great breakfast. Parking permit for a car park only a short walk away, which was very convenient. Will definitely stay again.

The air freshener going off when I was trying to sleep, not a massive problem as it was in the stairwell but I could hear it

Room was very clean, our host Gary and his team were very nice and accommodating and really helpful. They even allowed us to leave our bags even after check out, so we can still wander around easily. Breakfast was very good too.

The WiFi did keep dipping in and out which was a little bit annoying.

The management were lovely and greeted me well. It was clean and smelt nice and I liked the mini fridge in my room.

A bit dated, but classic British beach holiday charm

Great location right on the seafront with a view of the beach from our window. A tiny little balcony that you had to climb through the big sash window to get onto. The room had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. A lovely warm welcome from Gary on arrival.

Omg where do I start, chose this place based on the reviews I read and it didn’t disappoint, hosts were fantastic and really made the stay. Room was upstairs, had a fantastic view, was pretty clean and tidy and the mini fridge and bottled water in the room was a lovely touch. Really couldn’t ask for more from a hotel stay and can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

Excellent hosts! Friendly and always available to help. We all really loved it. They went above and beyond. The breakfast room has gorgeous views to the sea. There is no parking but they were able to provide us with a guest permit for a nearby car park. Excellent location, we didn'tneed to use the car at all, walking distance to everything. Our little one loved the biscuits and hot chocolate that were provided in the room as complimentary refreshments. There were children books to borrow for reading and colouring. Warm hospitality and family friendly.

I liked the location it was excellent on the Esplanade near the clock tower the owners are friendly it was excellent value for money and nice clean rooms I would use this hotel again when staying in Weymouth and would recommend it to others

Everything was good.

The owners were very welcoming and had a very honest and friendly attitude. The rooms are love. The check in and out totally hassle free. My room was very the roof with an exceptional view on the sea and promenade. This was the perfect place to stay, I cannot fault it.

Very clean Guest House right on the sea front. Handy for the Rail Station and easy walk to rest of town. Paid a little extra for a sea view which was well worth it.
