Great accommodation but the bunks are too low. My head was literally banging on the bunk above mine when I tried sitting up in bed. I couldn't, it was for only a lie down. It should have been raised higher.

Staff was great, kitchen was lovely. You can make your own meal. Save you buying food. Accommodation was clean and quiet.

Well, the basin in the room bathroom was small - very easy to make a mess around when you wash yoir face or hands. Also, be carfull - it is not easy to climb up the top bed (tripple bunk beds). It is quite high, metal is slippery and even worse if someone below puts a towel on the leadder and you can slip on that - I almost fell down in the morning because of that - please advise your guests to be more mindfull about that.

Rooms are spacious, personel at the reception is extremely helpfull and kind. It is easy to get from airport, as it is close to public transport. Not city centre, but more quiet and closer to attractions like Dean Village. Place is clean.

There was no internet at all, if it's just temporary, that's ok, but if it's not, this information shouldn't be written in the description. The dormitory of 24 beds is too crowded, there is not enough space in the bathroom for so many people and the ventilation in the room is not good enough. And the three-bed bunk beds are really uncomfortable, especially the middle one.

Dormitory room with 6 beds is really nice, the bathroom is small, but it's enough for not so many people. There is a bar downstairs and the staff is really nice.

Lovely staff. Room fine though en suite loo and shower (room 9) not very big and shower tray leaked a bit. Kitchen area is very good and lounge too. Looking forward to my next stay.

The 3-layer bunk bed is very narrow on every level. It is difficult to enter the middle bunk and you cannot sit up at all.

You can use the lobby / bar for hanging out and dining, but beware that the underground kitchen closes for the late night. The large dorm can get a bit chaotic. Be sure arrive early if you mind getting the very top bunk bed. It wiggles a bit.

Helpfull staff, tram stop and the city center are nearby. Convenient mini lamps and sockets next to each bed. Lockers available for 1 £ coin deposit.

The stairs. This is probably most people's reaction when situated on the top floor. Hated the doors in the bedroom and outside the room banging especially when trying to sleep during the night. Couple people sharing with us(it was a 6 Beds, 2 triple bunk room)weren't very respectful of that and stayed up most of night in the toilet chatting aswell as other unmentionable things. The Bed I was sleeping in was very uncomfortable which also didn't help...the couple had cranked the heating right up before disappearing in middle of night to find pubs, so all round it was a very uncomfortable night despite opening the window which didnt open very far, ended up turning heating off again. Lessons learned, doubt I would stay again. Will stick to hotel over a hostel. It's a shame as the staff were lovely, hardworking people and if it were just for 2 sharing or sharing with more friends, it would be much better. I personally didn't enjoy the experience of sharing with strangers. Not the hostel fault though. This is just my preference.

I liked that it was close to where I needed to be. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Explained what we needed to know easily. They had a bar in the hostel and the drinks were quite cheap as well which was nice to learn. I don't know if there was food available as didn't check. Shower was lovely and hot, although the cubicle itself could do with being freshened up and updated. The room was clean....again mattresses could be changed as were quite uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall, it was okay for what you pay. Cheap and cheerful:) Do not expect it to be the Hilton. You would be extremely disappointed.

The structure itself is very new and arranged however it was lacking in cleanliness both in the common areas and in the room. The kitchen has not much available and also here the cleanliness was not great. However this depends mainly also on other people who do not always maintain the order and cleanliness required. The property is 10 min from Dean Village and 30 min from downtown. Overall good.

Great location. The staff are lovely and the place is always spotless. Great value for money, especially for me as a regular business traveller. Close to lots of restaurants and Haymarket is only a short walk away. Remembering how to sleep in a single bed takes a bit of getting used to, but they are comfy and all bedding is supplied.
