Loved our room, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Comfy bed. We booked the executive room with sea view. Views of the marina and over to Conwy were stunning. Staff couldn't do enough for us, even having a bottle of champers waiting for us at our request. We used the swimming pool and steamroom/sauna. They were renovating it whilst we were there, so going to look even better! We booked into the restaurant for evening meal which was lovely. We then had drinks in the bar area which was beautifully decorated and had relaxing lounge vibes. Breakfast was lovely. Lots to choose from.

Lovely hotel and spa service and staff was exceptional, the executive room had beautiful views and was very spacious, a very relaxing weekend, found the cove bar more relaxing than the restaurant tbh so chose evening meals in here, food was outstanding from presentation to flavour, would definitely stay here again

We didn't like having to wait for our room even after booking an arrival time . We didn't like the presentation of the restaurant food on the first night consider that the hotel was promoting the food. We waited 30mins for coffee and when it arrived it was cold. We did complain and it was removed from the bill..

Nothing to dislike about this hotel.

This hotel is very stylish. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my Mum's birthday and they had a card in the room for her. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Also plenty of parking. Especially liked the location on the Conwy River. We have booked to stay again in May 2024. The spa is lovely, make sure you book early as they are super busy.

Some staff were fantastic, cheerful and approachable, however, there were one or two who made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Rooms need updating, breakfasts pre cooked and not the best, had a massage there but had better ones, drinks expensive, not a big menu choice for dinner.

The room had a sea view but very small like attic room not as large as previous rooms we have had there no balcony would probably stay in the courtyard room especially in winter! Because it was winter didn’t need the air conditioning on felt cold in areas ie reception

Enjoyable stay. Modern, comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff and excellent spa facilities. Quality relaxed restaurant with very good alternatives within walking distance. Great location.

We thought most of the staff were very good,except for one of the staff and her name was Debbie who showed us to our seats in the bar on Wednesday evening she was very rude and needs to be retrained on how to speak to customers.This was a shame but we made sure she didn’t spoil our evening.
