We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe heat in the room. Was unable to turn heating off, so was melting! Strong smell of bleach in toilet. I appreciate things need to be clean but this was toooooo much.

United KingdomClean comfortable and warm - my only minor gripe is the bathroom was inlet into the room and though it was sparkling cleaned and functioned perfectly, it was narrow and a bit snug for a big person - I managed!
I was really well received (arrived early) and shown to the room by a friendly manager. Parking had to be registered and all was done.The restaurant was very popular and fully booked - so if you want to eat quality Vietnamese food, you might want to book. I slept well and the environs were quiet. I took a walk in the area and felt very comfortable. Lots of pubs local to the place and the Hole in the Wall opposite was recommended.

United KingdomNothing really: we were disappointed that the lovely Hoi An Restaurant affiliated to the hotel was closed on the Sunday that we arrived. We had specifically returned to the hotel from last year for the food! The Owners did advise us by e mail that the restaurant would be closed.
The location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed eating it in the pleasant light breakfast room. We appreciated the kettle in the room. Our room was a good size and looked fresh and clean: in fact, it looked recently renovated.

Lovely staff, nice room and very clean. Breakfast was great and it was perfectly placed for a gig at St Petrocs church and a stroll around the town.

United KingdomIt was cold and the room heater hasn’t been put on before our arrival so had to get ready in a cold room, food was taken to the wrong room which was ok but we were blamed even though we’d 100% told them the right room number. Lady who blamed us was also rude to another member of staff in front of us.. felt she needed to work on her customer service and how to talk to other colleagues. She was nice just a bit unprofessional.
Near to bodmin jail where we were going and had a restaurant in the hotel. Most staff were really helpful and friendly
