The cleaning staff could be a bit more generous with the amenities.

Maura, Goga, and Nana were incredible. Honestly, the entire staff, the security, the bell boys, the kitchen staff, the managers, the reception, everyone was absolutely friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. The location is excellent. The bed was sooooo comfortable, we did not want to leave. The neighborhood is close to everything. I would book this place again when I am back in Georgia. We loved our stay. Thank you so much Maura!

We ate in the restaurant twice, and both times the service was very slow, with little follow-up. Last time there were almost no guests present, but still it took a long time to get a glass to drink. One expects better service in a 5-star hotel.

We stayed in a suite and it was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lovely bed and two toilets. Nice design. Nice central location outside the noisiest traffic. My friend lost her mobile phone in a taxi and the staff were very helpful regarding this.

We went down for a late dinner and were given menus, 10 minutes later when we were ready to order, we were told the kitchen closed 20 minutes prior, so we're not sure why the menus were handed to us. In any case, we should have checked timings.

Excellent location, city center, everything we wanted to do was not very far from us. The room was clean, comfortable and real value for money.

It's a newly built hotel, nicely designed, fresh, clean, with excellent bathroom equipment, and well maintained. Staying there is pure pleasure. Breakfast is great with wide selection of options.

Great Place to stay. Location is the nest, 5 min walk to the most prestigious place in town with bars and rests. Quiet and calm. Brand new ventilation which made me surprised, staff is friendly and well presented, everything is very high quality especially the bed is really comfortable and cozy. Kitchen and food is delicious and well presented. My recommendations to this Hotel

The best experience in my life! The rooms are exceptional. Staff is really helpful and everything around you looks like a Wes Anderson movie set. Breakfast was very good. What I also loved about the hotel is that there are various indoor and outdoor zones where you can hang out! Would definitely come back.

Stylish hotel In industrial and tasteful style with many design details in the room and common areas. Very spacious room with free standing bath tub, great coffee machine, great wall paintings etc. I also really liked the bar, lounge area of the hotel. Also great breakfast variety. Hotel is the perfect place for discovering a local flavour of Tbilisi. We really enjoyed our stay.

The chef is very rude . His food is not good at all and they say he’s a famous chef in Tbilisi He got our order wrong Steak with blood in it Burger will handful of salt And when I confronted him he replied this is how I do it if you don’t like it it’s your problem ..
