Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Actually, there was no parking. We had to park the car a bit away and the neighbours were not ok that we parked near their homes. The hotel is quite near to Rustaveli street but if you have a baby, you need to take a car to go back from Rustaveli to the hotel as the hotel is on a sharp steep.
The rooms are quite big. The beds are big and comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The place is not noisy.

If you are looking for a central place, that's not it. It's not a hotel it's a big house with several rental rooms in it. You have to go many stairs up if you are in the very top and also the house is located uphill :-)
Nice location if you want to have it more quiet. It's more local which I appreciated. The host is very nice and also helped us out in the night with check in at 4 o clock in the morning. He is super sweet and talky. And its super clean!

Our hosts were amazing, very friendly and accommodating! Our room was large and clean, it had a great balcony which we enjoyed a lot and the kettle and mini fridge were a plus as well.

We've been in this property for couple o days and we got very good experiene, atmosphere is so kind, room and bathroom is nice and clean. there is coffee machine and fridge in the room. It's in the city center of georgian capital tbilisi, very close to all shops and restaurants. Thanks to hosts.

Hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi,5 minutes away from main Rustaeli avenue. Clean room, all necessary amenities inside, super nice host,fast wifi. we will come back with pleasure, thanks again.

Very cute family hotel/guesthouse. We lived in 2 bedrooms apartments with two kids. It was clean, warm (we know exactly, that it's not always in Tbilisi's touristic apartments), everything we needed was OK. Bathroom room is clean, warm and water pressure and temperature is good. Wi-fi is good. Mattresses on both beds are new and comfortable. Smart TV. Quite street not far from city center, 25 minutes walk to Freedom Square. Staff is really great and hospitable. They always helped us in all issues. We have a stroller, which them left on their private territory on ground floor. Always can help with advice. More of that, we had a situation, when we have already left the hotel to go to another city, but our journey was canceled and we returned to this hotel at night without reservation and they helped us a lot and gave us apartments again, despite late time. we appreciated it a lot. And of course price is very good.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, we feel like that we are staying in the hotel, they gave us a welcome gift. The 2 rooms are big for a family of four. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and kind. They will treat you as a family not a guest.

I had a great stay at this place! Hosts are very helpful, responsive and polite people. Room was very clean, and it has very comfy bed. Location is good as well, the place is quite close to the center, and to the parks.

The location is very good, the rooms are very large and comfortable. refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, coffee, tea are bonus. Very clean. Tamaz and his wife are very nice, welcoming and helpful. we are grateful for their great hospitality.

This is a family business and the family running it is extremely charming and welcoming. This has been the best service we've had in Georgia. The bed is very comfy, there is always hot water, the ac works like champ, having a kettle ad a mini fridge is really helpful, and the location is convenient.

It was very good experience staying in Midtown-vera in the City Centre of Georgian Capital Tbilisi. I stayed there with my wife, room was so clean and big, there was tv, coffee maker, nice bathroom with hair dryer, fast Wifi, comfortable mattress, big size bad, balcony with table and chairs. That property is in central area of old City, hosts are so friendly, very close to main Rustaveli avenue, like we walked there in 5 mnts, so many nice restaurants, we where happy staying there and we ll come back next time, thanks again.
