do not take room number 101 and 102. it is located right by the reception and the staff is sometimes noisy for a long time

Batumi is a relatively small city, everywhere you can walk. distance to the sea approx. 400 meters. the cable car is also a short walk away as is the amusement park. very interesting architecture of modern hote

No elevator, the rooms that we initially booked looked depressing, the rooms up were better but still very small and the bathroom needs renovation.

The location is nice, walking distance to the main places, the breakfast is served on the roof and was not bad. They suggested us another option that we booked that was great because the rooms on the ground floor have iron on the windows and look to the noisy street. The rooms on the 4th floor have balcony and a nice view on the city clock tower. They suggested help with parking the car on the busy street but we managed to find a place. The staff is helpful.

Room needs renovation. Shower felt on my friend's head. It was hard to breathe because of the cigarette smell in the room(although we booked a room for non-smokers). Sound isolation is... Our neighbour's TV woke us up in the morning.

Location of the Hotel is great! Breakfast at the upper terrase with a view at the sea is a good start of the day! Friendly staff.

One of the receptionists, when we called in the morning, said he only spoke English and Russian. Unacceptable.

The location is great, very close to the Sea Port, older and more quiet area of the city, very easy to find. The staff was also very helpful, they kindly agreed to keep our luggage before check-in time.

I didnt like bathroom, it was really really small and it was hard to wash.

I liked location, it was really good. Few minutes to the sea and dinering out was really clouse. Rooms were really clean and the host was very friendly. Balcon had nice view.

Missing TV, top of toilet missing. To flush you have to put your fingers in the water . Noise from reception area. Room especially floor could use little bit of loving care.

Location was perfect .Linens was clean . Man working at night in the reception was very nice and kind. Shower working , hot water available. Breakfast was satisfactory . Heating working good . No smell from toilet .

Breakfast( it was delicious but not a standard, it could be problem if you got used to standard breakfast with coffee, sausages, fruits) for example there was a big plate of very tasty sour cream, but this is very unusual for me) Also room was clean, but the walls in the room are a little shabby

The room was tiny – comfortable enough for one, but not so much fun to navigate in for two people. The toilet had some problems with flushing and the linen and the wallpaper seemed quite tired. The building is constructed so that you can hear quite a lot of noises from the hall and other rooms as well as from the outside.

We were very pleased with the kind and very welcoming staff and the super convenient location in the heart of the old city. We arrived quite late and made a last minute reservation, but the check-in was smooth and fast. A balcony in the room was real nice. Special WOW to the breathtaking instagrammable view from the terrace on the 5th floor. Having breakfast with this view is a treat of its own. Amazing!
