Just one knife in the kitchen but none in the cutlery drawer, strange. Also no oil, salt or pepper, we could have probably gone down and asked. So definitely not a big deal.

We loved the friendly atmosphere of this guesthouse. It was in a great position with restaurants very close, but it was super quiet at night. The room had heating and AC, and we found the bed super comfy. There was a kitchen, with fridge , gas and electric hob and microwave. If you don't want to make your own food then very close you can buy breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were leaving for Telavi, and it's not that easy to get there by public transport, so our hosts found us a good driver who took us to our next stop.

The property is city centered only, had parking areaa, no need car to move around. There are two restaurants right below that serves grill chicken and beef. You can walk through the town see the old stuff and enjoy the vibe…one room had a tv with screen share so it was convenient to you tube. Perfect place for one day stay in Sighnaghi, nice place near the wall and the church and the room view is amazing. The service is great and nice bathroom for comfortable usage. This place is very easy to find delicious restaurant with good view. Thanks for the nice service and hope to come back again.

Lack of lighting options in the room, just top light. And the bed sheets were polyester and not very comfortable.

Great view from the balcony at the Alazani Valley! One morning we were served complementary Turkish coffee with sweets, which was nice to drink on the balcony. The room is spacious, and the hostess readily agreed to turn the heating on during the chilly evenings and at night. There's a tv set in the room, with many channels. There's a great restaurant, Castle Fortress, just next to the guest house, with a terrace near the Sighnaghi Wall pass and stunning views.

Very hospitable host Alina! She offered us coffee with sweets at the mornings and warm blanket when the weather turned cold. After check-out we were able to leave out baggage at the place.

It’s was a very nice Guest House with beauty view Alazany Valley! The hostess of this Guest House is very pretty woman. Very friendly and smiley. This Guest House is next to Centre of Signaghi. Very clean room with nice view. And we saw a very beautiful sunrise from this room.

I loved everything.

I loved everything about the place starting with the hosts. They made me feel so welcomed and even checked to make sure that I made it back to Tbilisi without any problems. The room was clean and comfortable and had a patio with a beautiful view over the Alazani Valley. The room was in close proximity to great restaurants and it lacked nothing.

The blanket is small for 2 people, in my opinion, i was there with my female friend and this one blanket was not covering both of us fully, however there should not be any problem if you are a couple. This is really minor thing to mention. Everything was great, actually.

The view from our room was breathtaking, especially at night as you could see the local church building lit during the night. We could enjoy spending some time on our balcony as well. We drank tea and ate the grape jam, offered by our hostess. She (and another lady as well) were brilliant people. This rooms is really good for couples, because it leaves the impression of romancy. There are several restaurants available in the neighborhood (i recommend checking the Kusika Restaurant).

Very nice hostess and amazing view from the balcony! You can enjoy a glass of wine and a view of the whole city. There are also atmospheric cafes nearby, where deliciously food is prepared. Highly recommend this guest house!

The stay didn't match the expectations and looks bit different from the pictures shown. Cleanliness wasn't that good, I had hair all over my bed, blanket, pillow, toilet everywhere. We had to clean the bed ourselves again before sleeping. Location is a bit far from the city centre, so I'll have to walk atleast 15mins uphill to reach city centre. There wasn't any toiletries provided except a hanswash, we had to buy litterally everything from toothbrushes to soaps to shampoo to toothpaste etc. Not worth for the price as there was no breakfast, no toiletries, no cleanliness. Coz there are a lot of places giving better facilities for same price.

The staff There is really sweet, the lady is really excited to help you whatever u ask for. Close to a good restaurant, so no need to worry about food. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. There's a smart tv which I really appreciated coz not a lot of places have smart tv. Room size is pretty decent(pretty big i mean) Close to sighnagi wall monument.
