I regret not being able to stay longer!

It was the most incredible experience I've ever had. The hostel exceeded all my expectations! The hospitality and service provided by Mr. Zaza is beyond praise. The hostel is located in the very center of Subartalo, close to stores and the metro. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Good beds, showers, and internet. I highly recommend Merci Hostel to everyone!

Even they are not fluent in English they manage to use the translation in google so I think we dont have any dislike staying with them

The place is nice and my family is so happy that we got this place. Also the Sasa and Nana, the owner, are so accommodating and the food are so so so nice. They serve authentic Georgian delicacies. The pace is near as well on the bus/service so public transportation is not a problem. If we are given a chance to come back in Georgia we will book again our stay with them.

I had a great stay at Merci, the family is very welcoming and authentic. They arranged my transfer from and to the airport and helped me book a tour during my stay. I learnt so much about the culture and history of Georgia talking to them, it was much better than a standard hotel. Nana is the best cook and the morning breakfast was delicious. Location is ideal, 5 minutes walk to stores and supermarkets. You'll need a taxi to visit the old Tbilisi. I'd happily book with them again if I returned to Tbilisi

This homestay really felt like a home away from our home. Little Nino and her family were extremely warm and welcoming. They made us feel really comfortable and the breakfast was healthy and served with so much love. The stay at their place itself was a great experience 😊

The only slight downside for me as I was with my infant son was the very steep and bumpy/stair road that is the fastest most direct route to the main avenue where one can find the metro, bus stops, money exchange places, pharmacies and other stores. But if without a child and not in a hurry one can go the long way round another route which we were glad to do anyway, as there were playgrounds along the way! 😊

Our room had everything I/we needed, even if I forgot to ask for a hairdryer when I washed my hair 🙃

We had a hard time finding the guesthouse as the only sign on the building is in Georgian.

Breakfast was exceptional made with all natural products from Zaza's village. Zaza, Nana, Nino and Anna Maria are the kindest people we have ever met since we are in Georgia. Their hospitality is exemplary. The guesthouse is also immaculate.

A bed might be narrow for two people

Zaza and his family are very friendly, kindly and helpfull. The day in this guesthouse were great. The place is quiet the room beautiful,clean and the breakfast fabulus. I ate the best kikliko with butter and jam that I have never eaten in my life! I recommend a lot this guesthouse!!

We had to pay extra for air conditioner

Zaza and his wife were really friendly and the breakfast was on time infact before time. As a resident of U.A.E we have a habit of muslim shower which we found in there hotel. Rooms and washroom was really clean with good balcony. As they dont eat pork so we were also satisfied with our breakfast.

The food from the property was exceptional and it really exceed my expectations. Upon arrival, despite it was quite late, I was offered a good dinner. just house mercy is one of the highest end value properties of every stayed at. The host Zaza and his family, including his wife Nana, and his children, Ana Maria and Nino, are very welcoming. The room is comfortable and fully equipped. the location is great. The hospitality is second to none.Although the property is high on a hill, it is above the downtown area’s many cafés and restaurants and shops.

My room had an area near the balcony where the Wi-Fi didn’t work, but a small inconvenience.

When I arrived I was received well. The place is part of a residential area but I found it to be very endearing. The breakfast and dinner with part of an authentic Georgian experience which I enjoyed. The location was good for me because it was near where I needed to go to conclude my business. Overall I would recommend people to stay there.

This is a great place to stay. Spotlessly clean. which has a good atmosphere. The rooms are well maintained and up to scratch. ZAZA and NANA were really friendly and very helpful they made me feel at home. Thank you very much Zaza and Nana for your outstanding hospitality.
