Amazing location, view, facilities, staff and food. Rooms are clean, spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful decoration. The hotel is surrounded by mountains with breathtaking view from the window/balcony.Delicious breakfast is served every morning and staff is very hospitable. Special thanks to receptionist Ana who was always there to help. Great place to stay and highly recommended! We will definitely come back!

Everything was excellent! The location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious and have all necessary facilities within the room. Big balcony with mountain views. The breakfast was amazing with many options. Staff was very kind and helpful. we will highly recommend for others. We will come again no doubt.😇

Amazing service, great view from the balcony with fresh air, and importantly some of the best Georgian food I’ve tried! Facility was clean and there was a general feel of quality to the hotel. I wish I could have stayed for a few more days. Highly recommended!

the room i was satying in was amazing. comfortable, fresh air, breathtaking views. they also have horse riding tours which was wonderfull. i had a chance to explore this beauty called borjomi. staff was very nice. breakfast was very delicious. couldn't have wished for a better stay

It's not a 4 star hotel as described. We fully disappointed. We can call it hostel not a hote. Alot of insects inside the room. The bathroom is poor quality, some of towels are not clean, the furniture too. The location is normal not as described.

It should not be rated with more than one star First, it does not have an elevator Second, it is full of insects outside and inside the room Third, there is no staff to help Fourth, some of the furniture is not clean And they ask for additional mony when paying by Visa card and when requesting an additional blanket

I loved everything about this beautiful hotel. Not only was the service astounding but the views were incredible. Everybody was so kind and the food and drinks were amazing. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I definitely recommend booking a stay at this hotel!

Traveler Profile: Two people on a motorcycle trip, Ages from 36 to 46, looking for a cozy and relaxed stay after long driving days. Cleanliness: The facilities were really clean and tidy, room was well maintained and it looks they are performing regular maintenance to keep it up to date and functional, the building seems to be either new or recently upgraded, really nice place. Comfort: The layout of the room was proper and convenient for the purpose of the trip, two twin beds and closet were more than enough for our trip. Value: The value of the property even that was high, it really meet the standards and give you the feeling that is worth to be paid. Facilities Clean, tidy, well maintained and cozy. Location Good however you need to take a taxi or have your vehicle because the downtown is a couple of kilometers away. Staff We did not interact that much with the staff, only for the key handover but the owner and his son were very helpful and supportive.

Be careful, this is definitely not a four-star hotel, but more like a big family-run guesthouse : - they do not accept credit cards - there are water cut offs every now and then (at least twice in 24 hours) - they do not speak any English at all. They understand Russian only when it suits them - there is no breakfast at all (they said it was because of Covid, but everywhere else in Georgia we could have breakfast). They do not propose any alternative solution (packed lunchbox, breakfast to the room, delivery?) and there is nothing around either. You need to go to the center of Borjomi for food - the staff is not very client - oriented, neither very friendly. We felt ill at ease with them. - the room is correct but definitely quite a few details are missing to get 4 stars (quality of materials, basic supplies, slippers, bottles of water). We had to ask for toilet paper. In total we did not much appreciate our stay.

The forest around is very nice and the room view was great.

As soon as someone got out the room they would ignore the rest and start cleaning

The booking was including the breakfast but when we arrived there they said breakfast is not available in the price we booked for. Even the paid breakfast was not available. There was no drinking water in the room when we asked receptionist said u can drink tap water The sheets were not clean felt like no body is taking rooms and it’s not regularly cleaned. It felt like a family giving rest house for rent there is nothing like hotel. They offered us to cancel booking as we booked for breakfast included but it was too late in the night to look for other hotel. One if the worst so far.

The rooms are big and it’s newly refurbished
