Unproblematic check in at night. We booked the airport shuttle and everything went well. The coordinator of the hotel, Roman, hat several recommendations for us both in Tbilisi and helped with planning the rest of our trip. We really enjoyed our stay.

There is no reception, it’s inconvenient to check in or if you need something urgently (for example, we didn’t have a toilet paper) The walls are not soundproof and neighbours are not always respectful, can be very noisy at 4 am. Such things could be explained to guests, so they are more careful.

The place is clean and comfortable. Located close to the center. Has a small kitchen and a wonderful terrace in a Georgian inner patio. Roman explained us everything in a lot of details and gave us some useful recommendations about the city.

The bathroom and shower are together and there is no way to keep the bathroom free of water if you shower. Also the water pressure isnt amazing so you can only have a quick shower and get it over with

Roman is a kind guy. The place is old so it is historical. You feel the soviet era. It is on the one of the main streets so it is always fun. If you check as price-performance analysis, I definitely recommend it.

I'm partially deaf and it did not bother me, but if you have a room overlooking the street and cafes you should perhaps bring air plugs.

Perfect location in the pedestrian zone of David Ahmeshenebeli street. Comfy bed, decent shower, good wifi and wonderful staff. Roman was most helpful with tips and suggestions. 35-40 minute walk from the train station. I would also recommend everyone to go to the nearby Kiyv bath house. I had a lovely private room there with sauna and private bath for 90 lari (1 hour).

Great location on a lively pedestrian street with walking distance to most areas Fresh shoti just around the corner! Small but airy room with a huge window. Great value for money. Very friendly and helpful management. I would stay here again.

The graffiti in the staircase looked a bit disturbing and as a western european I had to get used to some different standards, as the condition of the floor on the balcony and the not fully styled interior.

The staff was really friendly and supportive. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was modern. Wine from local winery for sale in the kitchen. The hotel has a great balcony with enough sofas to relax in the greatest heat.

Our room was very good, with a private bathroom and a great view on one of the pretty streets of Tbilisi. In addition to the rooms, the hotel has a kitchen with a washing machine you can use for free, and a very beautiful and cozy balcony, in the typical style of Tbilisi. Also, the staff was very helpful and kind, you can trust them 100%. I recommend it !

The hotel is in a street full of bars, and they put very loud music at night. However, when we told Roman the problem, he inmediately called them so they would turn the music down

Simple bathroom, there was an unpleasant smell coming out of the bath drain once (possibly due to heat evaporating water in siphon).
